The staff were among some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They also offered us a discounted rate to stay in an even better room, which we could not take advantage of this time around - but will be sure to next time!

Location, security, comfortable, quiet
The breakfast: while there was plentiful choice, every option from the ‘hot’ selection was barely luke warm to the extent that it was unpalatable to eat. I asked if I could microwave mine to make it pleasant enough to eat and there is one behind reception - so ask for that if they haven’t addressed this. I mention it because of the disappointment of not being served hot food actually hot, but also because the breakfast is expensive.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, our upgraded room was excellent with a beautiful view, and both the room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. We were especially touched that, because of our early flight on the last day, the team prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport. Such thoughtful service! We had a lovely stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Really good and solid business hotel with all the facilities you’d need. Smartly decorated and everything you’d want in a room.
Nice terrace and restaurant area to chill in.
Breakfast wide ranging and good quality.
We booked a twin room, but got a double.
Hotel is close to the metro but a good 20-25 walk from Gamla Stan. Other hotels are closer if that’s your area of focus.

We asked in advance for our rooms to be near each other and on a lower floor and this was agreed via email but when we checked in, this wasn't remembered and put in practice.

The location was amazing. Right on a the edge of a park but still close to the center. The design of the hotel was also very appealing and they were accommodating to dogs.
The shower was clogged, so it overflowed quite a bit. There was a charge to our room that wasn't ours, but it was waved in the end. Still annoying.
