Quiet location that is still within walking distance of the city center. Good breakfast spread. Helpful staff.
The showers combined with bathtubs don’t have a very tight seal against the glass divider, and water tends to get into the bathroom when showering.

Great location and very friendly, efficient staff. The big park across the hotel made the location perfect for walks with our dog and there were lots of charging spots down the street for our car.
The room was very warm and the airconditioning wasn't working. However a very friendly staff named Ibo from housekeeping who brought us some bowls for our dog, took time to try and get it working and even though he managed to do so, it wasn't efficient enough to keep the room cool. He did however, bring us an electric fan which made the room a lot more comfortable.......thanks so much Ibo!!

No AC it was to hot to sleep, the road noise was to bad to leave the window open!

We had an early flight into Stockholm, so we really appreciated that we could leave our bags in the luggage room and explore the city while we waited for check-in time. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, it was more modern and newer looking than we expected! Clean and nice decor. The park out front was also very nice. Good walking distance everywhere which was important to us.

Location was good. Nice rooms, comfy beds.
The staff was pretty useless. Couldn't explain how the parking system work.
The rooms were clean generally but found some hair on the bed sheets and at the shower. You would expect a bit more from a 4* hotel in a civilized european country

The location only
The staff is extremely rude. To multiple customers. The halls smell of cigarette smoke. There are zero amenities for the guests. No water in rooms, no mini bar. Nothing. The beds are stiff with mini pillows. Recommend spending your money elsewhere.

We loved the staff, the breakfast (it was our first time in Sweden and loved trying all of the food and coffees!), the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. We attended the concert two blocks away, so it was so convenient! The staff were so welcoming and helpful when we asked for suggestions- thank you!!!
I have nothing to add. It was a wonderful stay.

Attentive staff. Welcoming and available to solve issues.
Bathroom in room was really bad. Particularly the shower “box” that was not closed and was fully open to the sink and the whole bathroom would flood. Very uncomfortable
Room was also quite “blocked”
In terms of view, which is not essential but makes the stay nicer.
