Great, convenient location that was just enough away from the main tourist-y areas to feel more local and not as crowded. Our room was cute and clean—the beds were surprisingly very comfy! Hotel staff was friendly and efficient and we enjoyed the lobby patio after dinner as well. Always felt safe and cared for!
Bathroom setup was a little awkward with the accordion doors for the shower but had plenty of space overall. Wished they would have stocked bathrooms with more towels but you can always ask for more.

Excellent location, walking distance from Central Station, very friendly staff, cozy, clean room, on our 6th floor we even had a nice view of the city's skyline, free good coffee and tea all day, even if you did not order breakfast

When they asked of we wanted our room cleaned every day we answered yes, but they never did. We had to ask for clean towels the last day because they had never changed them in spite of our request.

Just 2 towels were provided (1 small and 1 bigger one), it can be more - and also there was no towel rack in the bathroom. It would be nice to have electric kettle and refrigerator in the room

The rooms were nice and had enough space for our family of 4. The location was great, it was close to shopping and restaurants but still very quite at night. Also easy to reach from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had the room without window which is in the basement. Initially I was hesitant but there wasn't much choice for us so we went for it. Eventually turned out to be good as it is Swedish summer and it was hot weather so the room was cool and dark without feeling depressive or claustrophobic. The rooms are small but good enough, no couch or arm chair. They have generic soaps but no toothbrush or vanities you usually get. A big plus are the lockers in the basement so you can access the luggage storage any time. Beds are comfy!
the missing toiletries and that there wasn't any armchair or small couch. No coffee or tea in room.

The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and to help us. The location of the hotel is perfect- so much accessible. Although paid for separately, the hotel's breakfast was delicious with many options offered...

Overall an amazing stay, the location is easily reachable (10 minute walk from the train station) and easy to get to all the tourist spots from. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and the lobby/bar area very chic and comfortable to rest in while waiting for friends.

Location is good, you can get everywhere easily, interior is nice
Communication beforehand wasn’t very good, the room was small, didn’t look like the pictures, when you would like to enter the room before 16:00, you have to pay an additional fee, it’s a good concept for a hotel to make extra money, I was only given a small towel and there was a hair on my bed - overall, for one or two nights it’s okay, I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay
