Extremly kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Cozy and comfortable room, pool area is a bonus.
Hotel access by foot was little complicated since walkway was full on snow and there was no road crossing opposite the hotel.

The staff is so accommodating, good breakfast buffet, perfect location. 18minutes away drive to the heart of the city in Stockholm. Ikea is just infront of the Hotel and a mall, a lot of shops, and restaurant, fast food. Worth of the money.
Some staff is moody but most of them are kind specially the guy in the reception.

Very good breakfast spread and lot of options to choose from. The indoor swimming pool was OK and the sauna was a bonus. Staff was very efficient and happy to assist.
Breakfast opening timings could have been a little longer during the weekdays so that vacation goers like us could choose to eat a little late breakfast. A shower accessible from the gym would have been great to freshen up after workout.

Staff very friendly. Hotel facilities very good and plenty of choice for breakfast.
A little isolated and surrounded by busy roads. They don't serve food on Sunday night so have 15 to 20 minute walk to find a restaurant along icy paths.

Hotel was super clean, wel maintained, very calm environment, comfortable beds, good breakfast,
There is a restaurent inside the hotel so we can order food anytime. Even in the main lobby there is a tiny grocery so we can buy something to eat/coffee and pay.
Reception is opened all the time they are very professional and helpful
There wasnt anything we didnt like. But only onething! That we booked swimming pool in advanced. And went to swim, the man who is taking care the pool didnt allowed us to go to the pool. He couldnt speak english but we understood he doesnt have any friendly manner towards us. He closed the doors to us and told us to go out. We felt so bad, we went to the reception and asked from the receptionist. She is so friendly and explain something to that man. So we got our booked pool time but only for our daughter and me, even we booked it for 3of us. Basically swimming time is 1hour. But we wasted around 20minutes to get in. He command us to go out after 40minutes
We always admire Scandic hotels. We choosed Kungens Kurva Hotel because it is scandic hotel and swimming pool facility. But after then we didnt want to go to swim at all....
Receptionist are really nice and kind thanks to them all.
But we never want to see that man who is keeping the swimming pool. ( Its understandable the language barrier, but atleast he must have kind/pleasant expressions to visitors)

the swimming pool is not what I thought would be. maybe a play pool is a better name to describe it. It's not meant for proper swimming. but once you put swimming pool as in webpage, it creates high expectation of a standard 25 meter swimming pool.

double bed for my children was not comfortable, my daughter ended sleeping with us. our room was at the very end which was not so comfortable for me as it was hard for me to walk longer due to pregnancy.

there is pool in the hotel but there is no children area!!!! so child swim in 1.75 meter depth!!!!!
