The location is good. Expect a 5-7 minute walk from Stockholm Central Station (where you get dropped off by the bus from the airport). This isn't the "old district" but it's a nice, more modern and central district with lots of shopping. It's very clean and safe. The old town (Gamla Stan) is about a 15-25 minute walk - but a pleasant walk. This location is good if you're looking to do some shopping, have easy access to multiple areas, and want a good variety of restaurants.
The hotel itself was very nice. The room, though tiny, was tasteful and had good facilities (e.g., bathroom was updated, bed was comfortable, TV was big). The central atrium where they serve breakfast was big enough to comfortably serve each guest without it getting too cramped, too.
The breakfast was great. There was a great selection of food and beverages, my favorite being the delicious Swedish Pancakes.
I know that many hotel rooms in Scandinavia don't have cooling A/C. If this room had it, I couldn't identify it. As such, it got warm in the room at night. This was easily remedied by cracking the window but that did let it in a bit of street noise, though not too much that I couldn't sleep (FYI, I was on the 5th floor). A slight inconvenience if anything.
This is me getting really picky: I would have liked to have had more kettle options in the room. That is to say, the tea selection was pretty bare; x1 Earl Grey and x1 green tea. This wasn't a huge deal but some nice chamomile would've helped with the jetlag.
Also, perhaps more importantly, the outlets here are not universal. I've not seen universal outlets in Scandinavia yet but it would've been a big issue if I hadn't brought an adaptor. Even a USB charging port would've been sufficient but I did not see one in my room.

Execellent Swedish breakfast buffet! Very central location. They even lend bicycles. I recommend staying here for a Swedish experience versus an international or US chain.
Our room with 3 beds was very costly; for a hotel of this quality in Stockholm in the summer, this central location, including extensive breakfast buffet for 3, unfortunately this seemed like the best deal for us.

Outstanding hotel in the center of the city. It was easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Our room was excellent, and not noisy considering the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent sauna.

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful location though the rooms are on the small side for the price you pay.
they were too efficient clearing tables away at breakfast twice I wasn't finished and had gone to get more food but when I returned someone else was in my seat.

On my last night, I was upgraded to a third floor double bedroom, which was a wonderful room. Light and airy with a window that faced the street.
I spent the first three nights in a ground floor room with very little daylight as the window faced the breakfast area rather than any outside space. Also, people walked past the window and I did feel they could easily look inside.

No chest of drawers and limited place to hang clothes e. Especially in a triple. The desk is a waste of space, I would rather have a chest of drawers.
