he single room option was great—clean, comfortable, and well-lit with versatile lighting settings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had to drop off our luggage at the hotel early before check-in, and they were extremely helpful with storing our bags.

Location, room functionality, although a single room you have all you need for a comfy stay both for work and leisure. Large Breakfast choices fitting all varieties of diets and preferences. The breakfast space was very nicely organised, turning the patio into a restaurant.
The cleaning service is upon request. I'd recommended that dust bin / garbage should be collected daily, regardless of the cleaning request. I actually did not need cleaning during my stay, but it was unpleasant to store the garbage so long

The room was great. The room size was good enough for 2 people and everything was very clean. There is a sauna and gym available.
We were only missing a wardrobe in our room.

BEDS! I understand that this is double room and beds might be separated, but could you just upgrade those and prevent from separating in case couple is sleeping? thanks

Almost everything
Noisy in the morning, and one has to inform beforehand when he will come to breakfast, I.e. book breakfast time. This is somehow absurd, especially for people spending vacations, not travelling for business.

Staff were all really nice and let me keep to Swedish even when they found I was from England.
It was fine. It is a budget hotel, so basic but OK.

Location
I had to climb up a small staircase to get to my room. Imagine me alone dragging my luggage bags up. Staff has 0 hospitality for foreigners but super nice with their own people
