The scandinavian style hotel, they thought at everything and was a verry good location also.
The rooms did not have any wardrobe but only one stander with hangers.They could improve this .

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Stockholm to watch System of a Down.
The hotel is clean, very central and the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.
We did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on that.

We were there for one night after a cruise and got there very early. They had storage room for luggage and checked in later. The rooms were clean and of an adequate size. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were warm (as a lot in Scandinavia) and I got hot in the night sleeping. Didn't pay for the breakfast as it seemed expensive. Couldn't find a bakery or cafe open at 8 am in the area. However, in the evening it was close to numerous good restaurants and a square nearby had a weekend market. It was easy to walk to Gamla Stan and the tram stop for the Vasa museum was nearby (#7). I would stay again but there wasn't anything special about the hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the central train, metro and bus stations. The location is convenient for visiting all the tourist attractions. The staff is really friendly and enthusiastic to assist and help you.
The breakfast is a standard European breakfast. The breakfast slot must be booked a day before using the website (Scanning a QR code).
By default, the rooms are cleaned only once every two days unless you request the staff to clean them every day.
The standard room sizes are a little small. May feel cramped if you are travelling with more luggage.

Very helpful extending our stay due to misplaced passport even though they were fully booked and did not charge a higher rate for the extra night.
8 inches between end of bed and wall; made more complex to get to other side of the bed because the wall mounted tv hung in that space as well.

Great location in city center and within walking distance of the harbor, restaurants, shopping and Old Town. Very good breakfast options and plenty of gluten- and lactose-free options.
Very small bathroom compared to other hotels we have been to. A bit tight getting around the bed to the far side.

Very nice hotel located right near many attractions. It's in a very walkable part of town. The rooms are nice but a bit cozy. Breakfast is in a private area and offers a good selection of items. The coffee is outstanding!
Bikes were available in the lobby (I'm not sure if there was a fee but it was nice to have them available).
The only thing missing was hand lotion in the bathroom

Very nice room, spacious and two very comfortable beds with nice fluffy pillows. Excellent location near the T-Centrallen, supermarket, Systembolaget and tons of shopping. Easy walk to old town, ferry dock, and surrounded by Food Hall Markets, so many good and inexpensive dining options. Our room was quiet and had a small balcony, we enjoyed opening it up to the fresh air. Lovely lobby with nice seating and comfortable bar area. Staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The mini fridge is basically useless, it’s so narrow, that it wouldn’t close if we put anything in it.
