Wonderful
The room was big, nice and cozy, and had in it everything you could need for a vacation (clothes iron+ironing, board, hair drier, etc.) The bed was nice and soft, provided great sleep.
I had an issue with my door not locking, but nothing was taken while I was away, and the problem was fixed.

Couldn't connect my phone to the TV so wasn't able to watch Netflix and no English speaking channels on the telly so had nothing to watch in the evening

Very bad experience! We sat at the reception for a long time, because the room was not ready, they said we would have a room on the eighth floor, but they gave us a room on the tenth floor, which was not the family room that I had booked! In the end they gave us a room on the fifth floor, it was supposed to be a double bed room with a sofa bed, instead of a sofa bed there was a folding bed! Everything was worn out, the walls, the ceiling, mirror in bathroom were in poor condition! There was no ventilation in the room! And in general, almost the entire staff consisted of a very rude people! The first and hopefully the last such a negative experience for us :(

Good breakfast plenty of choice. Beds really, really comfortable.
De-caff coffee not available from reception for the room.
Restaurant not open on a Sunday, not a great deal of eating options around the hotel, (Although the shopping mall has a good choice which is a 25 minute walk.)
Nothing to do with the hotel but be aware that taxi rides from the airport to the hotel can be expensive, a 25 minute journey to the hotel was £107, our Uber trip back to the airport was £25.

I did not feel comfortable. The room was cold. Beds were not very good. The basin was stuck. If I stay in hotel, I often choose Scandic. This time my experience was not good.

How the hotel staff made the enire weekend really fun for swifties as we probably occupied most of the rooms. Music playing in the lobby and restaurant and the staff was really helpful with transportation.
The hotel seems a bit outdated, had to use a small elevator that felt kind of old, but worked fine. Would have liked a fold out luggage stand in the room for suitcases. The luggage storage was a bit of a mess and luggage storage is quite important for guests who are traveling later in the day. We had to climb over other guests luggage to get to ours when we were leaving, so some more storage space might be a good idea.
