It was a great location in Gamla Stan, I love that area and it is perfect for first timers to Stockholm. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful
Scandic Gamla Stan was excellent. Very near to everything Old Town Stockholm has to offer. Many fine restaurants and attractions were within easy walking distance. Our room was large and neat as a pin, had a nice sized bathroom and was very comfortable. There was a full-time receptionist which is always reassuring when in a city. There was a pleasant lounge area which had amenities to buy.
There wasn't anything to complain about.

This is a great location. The hotel is quaint and charming with its crystal chandeliers and olde worlde style. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Staff was always very helpful. I loved our top floor room and the coziness of the space. Bathroom was small, but it is an older building. Location is great if you want to be in the Old City. Would book again!

Great location. Comfortable bed.
Not worth the money: strangely laid out room (with about six inches between the end of the bed and the wall, making getting around it a squeeze) with old, not antique, furniture; small, old-fashioned bathroom with shower over bath.
