The pool in the wellness area was too cold. Water temperature should be match the weather conditions.

Nice hotel. Beds and duvets were very nice. Not in the city but a short buss ride to downtown. Nice to look at the big boats coming and going att the docks. Nice view from the 6th floor facing the docks.
When we arrived there was a big pile of hair in the drain of the shower not the end of the world but something that can be so easily cleaned. The evening staff was not so informative when we arrived. But day staff more eager to help and answer.

It was near the Varstahamnem harbour but to the nearest train station, it is about a 10 minutes walk. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Bed was too soft to my liking. Water pressure could be better

The whole friendly atmosphere and staff were very nice and helpful meals were delicious just very nice hotel to stay at

I loved the overall interior design of the hotel! Every area (lobby, restaurant, lounge area, etc.) were decorated with such unique pieces of furniture!
I think the only con was the area were is placed, especially because there were constructions and abandoned buildings in the area. There is a port outside, but not necessarily a whole sea view.

It was an affordable hotel and for that price I would usually not have high expectations, but this hotel exceeded those expectations by a lot. The rooms were clean, staff was nice, and although the location isn’t city center, there is a bus station at just a 2 minute walk.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like
