The location- central, big room, very good breakfast
On Saturdays nights can be very loud because of all the clubs nearby. It can be cold in the room for a baby( a three pers room) but they tried to adjust the heat a little, plus gave us a heater.
I couldn't find the sauna:)
Very expensive parking hos Aimo, but it is connected with the hotel and this can be anything you wish for in a cold winter night.

Very good location (very central), the staff was also very good and friendly. The bar in the lobby is excellent (great cocktails) with a very good vibe.
The room was very small and lack of amenities.

Very good rooms and location.
Breakfast was excellent.
Under my stay there was construction noises early in the morning that you heard quite well in the room.
It was also unnecessary cold in the room. Asked to get it warmer in there but that was marginal fixed.

I like the hall, the restaurant (specially the buffet breakfast) and the gym. Additionally, the location is excellent because I could visit a lot of well known places by only walking from the hotel.
The room was no so clean. I found hair in the bathroom floor.

We stayed for one night, check-out was 12.00 and someone came to clean our room before 10.00. That was annoying.

We spent our first two nights in a standard room on the second floor facing Sturegatan and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and felt fresh in every way.
For our third night, we moved to a family room facing Humlegården park, as I wanted to enjoy the view. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell—possibly from someone having smoked there previously. I asked to change rooms, and the staff was very accommodating, promptly offering us another family room on the fourth floor in the same category.
While the replacement room was fine overall, it felt like the family rooms are a bit older in terms of decor and furnishings. The textiles seemed more worn, the chair had visible signs of wear (and possibly a few spilled drinks), and there was still a faint, musty scent—at least to my sensitive nose.
I really enjoy this hotel overall—the staff are fantastic, and you can’t beat the location. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends visiting, but I’d suggest they choose the standard rooms over the family ones if they can. The ambience is just nicer and more updated.
Some of the rooms could really benefit from an update in terms of furnishings and overall freshness. Standard rooms just had a better vibe, in my opinion.

Wonderful
Tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, gym with all the necessary equipment. Good location of the hotel in the city, as all the main attractions and tours are within easy walking distance.
The noisily closing door of the adjacent room woke us up earlier than we planned to get up. This will not be relevant for early risers, but it is worth knowing for those who like to sleep in late.

There were lovely bakery and espresso options nearby, and the hotel was located near many must-see experiences. The room was set up to accommodate my son with a pull-out couch. I enjoyed the infused water available at the front desk.
The staff seemed more focused on making sure you were out of the gym area by its closing time than on refilling water in the gym. The cleaning man hung out in the women's room cleaning or whatever, some 20-25 minutes before closing on one evening, which kept my wife from being able to use the women-only sauna. The next night, the hotel had the nerve to send a 'security guard' or some authoritative figure to ensure we were out by closing. For clarity, we weren't aware of the closing hours for the gym the first night, and the cleaner informed us that the gym was closed; we'd just asked the front desk to turn on the sauna, and they'd said nothing about closing when acknowledging that we wanted to turn it on. Of the four nights we stayed, half of those had no water in the gym. There's no phone or way to contact the front desk for more, so more consistency in checking would be nice, at least as much care to kick out patrons trying to get in a post-exploration workout. Also, one day we asked for new towels; they left a stack on the counter, and left all of the dirty towels. They took that quite literally, but the implied task was to pick up the old towels left on the floor. Lastly, just a preference, but I like the double beds better than singles placed next to each other.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Close to Humlegården (park), which featured multiple playgrounds and a beer garden. The “kids welcome drink” coupon for the lobby bar was a nice touch. The view from the rooftop bar was spectacular.

I liked the location of the hotel, it's very central, enjoyed the breakfast, it was varied, fresh and plentiful. I also found the bed very comfortable and slept really well. The receptionist were super friendly and helfpul
I would not recommend the basement rooms without a window. I did not realise I booked this, but it was on my booking, i just did not notice that I had booked a windowless room. It did smell a bit of sewage and was next to some generator, as there was a constant humming, but not loud enough to impact my sleep. The upside though was the room was very dark , so optimal for sleeping especially during the stockholm summer.
