Location is great. You have a park with a playground in the far north of you have small children. And also a supermarket NorthWest. Beds are comfortable and the window shades are very good for the summer months
I find breakfast quite limited. It would be much better if you had more options.

I like the comfort and location. From airport and then train station to the hotel . Very friendly staff and good access to the city for me to go to the concert in the evening.
Something I did notice is that if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay £40 which is a bit much for me and the check-in is at 4 pm. My opinion, but perhaps it could be an exception or less money spent . The front desk gave me an upgrade for a room. To check in earlier. Which was a good point.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Great breskfast buffet.
There was construction work which started at 7 a.m. and was pretty loud. This is a temporary situation, of course, however Booking.com apparently only noted it in the fine print. The staff really tried to help and eventually got meca room further from where the work was being done. The "cheap" rooms (like the one I admittedly booked!) Are a bit smaller that I expected based on photos, but all in all was ok considering the price.

Location & Breakfast was good.
Extremely small rooms for the price, no way to call the reception, no tissues, no cupboards to hang clothes, the cutlery at breakfast weren't clean (two days in a row), have to talk to the reception to make the room, construction going on at the hotel...yet the price is premium. Didn't feel like 4 star, felt more like a 3 star. We are very unhappy and will never book here again.

The staff was very kind. The location is amazing. I have been in the hotel's bar when it wasn't under renovation and I think it was very nice. This is the first time I stayed in a room.
The whole hotel seems to be under renovation so the whole environment is not very appealing. I feel like I basically paid for the location. The basement rooms could use renovation.

The hotel is nice - but so much of it was closed for renovations.
The rooms on all floors were being renovated and there was drilling from around 7.30 am until after 4. It was not a relaxing stay.
