We were able to check-in early after the overnight ferry. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of options.
Room size was large enough, great view of the lake
Bathroom could have been larger, shower floor slippery and leaked water onto the floor.

Location was very good, easy to walk to from the Central Rail and bus station. The check-in staff and staff overall were very friendly, helpful and excellent! The water and candy in the lobby were a great touch! The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean, accessible and well designed.
The coffee cups in the room had lipstick on them. There was no regular coffee the first day, only decaf in the selection in the room. There were no instructions that the fridge would work if something was put in it. So it was warm and empty when we came and didn't know we could use it until later when we asked. When the elevators open on the lobby floor, it would be useful to have signage in that hall. It is a dark hall and looks like all the other floors, so you are never sure you are there. Elevators are quick though! Breakfast was not included.

A wonderful business hotel! The self-service check-in kiosks save you from queuing. Breakfast is generous and varied, the lifts are fast, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Everything feels very new and clean. The hotel is right by the central station and within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions. Highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had requested an early check-in if possible, and even though I arrived about three hours before the official check-in time, they gave me my room straight away, which I really appreciated. On the day of departure, they were also happy to store my luggage after check-out. Having check-out at 12 PM is very convenient as well.
The location is PERFECT: very central, great for exploring Stockholm, and especially convenient because the hotel is right next to Stockholm Central Station, where you can easily take the Arlanda Express to and from the airport.
Breakfast was excellent, with a very good and varied selection. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was spacious. Overall, the staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
Just a few small details that could make the experience even better. The hotel is slightly expensive considering that the room, while very comfortable, isn’t particularly large.
The Chromecast on the TV wasn’t working during my stay, so unfortunately I couldn’t connect my phone to watch movies.
The main thing I would improve is the shower screen: it is quite short and only covers about half of the shower, which makes it difficult to shower without getting some water on the bathroom floor.
Nothing that negatively affected my overall stay, but it would be a useful improvement.

Everything! The location was incredible, we were able to walk or take public transportation everywhere. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Beds were comfortable. Staff were incredibly nice and took our comments about the stay very seriously. It's totally worth spending the extra money to stay here — we couldn't have asked for a better place!
If I had to say one thing - lack of wardrobe in the rooms. But it didn't bother us that much!

The location is excellent for exploring the city and the old town, with most attractions within walking distance.
I booked the premium panoramic view room, which was fantastic. It looks out over the water with the city skyline in the background, and it was especially stunning during sunset and at night with the city lights on. Highly recommend it.

We booked 2 connecting rooms. Upon arrival, we learned that connecting rooms are only available at 6F and 5F (lowest level) and our rooms were at 5F. Absolutely no privacy. You are facing a busy street entrance. And you either watch people or being watched at all times.
