We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - staff were super polite and helpful, the location is central to all major attractions, our room was very large with a fantastic water front view (see picture, 3am from our room). And breakfast was also excellent with plenty choices!

Excellent staff, Especially front desk. We had a very good experience. Sakib and Jimmy, front desk were very helpful. Location is excellent. They have a good restaurant at ground level and an excellent rooftop bar. Rooms were as per expectation. We had forgotten a package in the hotel during our checkout which we realize much later, room cleaning staff and front desk had stored and helped us to get back. We will stay at this hotel in our next visit.

My room was exceptionally clean. Very contemporary design. And much bigger than I was expecting. As a bonus it also included a mini fridge, which is unusual for most of my experiences in Scandinavian/European hotels. Plenty of storage space as well. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room temperature was very comfortable as well.
Unfortunately my view wasn't the greatest as I was given an interior room. Thus my view was down into the main building. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very good, the room was spacious. The lady receptionist at the check-in was very polite and friendly. I also want to thank Sakib who helped us with the luggage and taxi when we were checking out! We are really grateful for this kind gesture. The other guy at the reception refused to help us explaining that they don’t have bellboy?
The room was shabby. Although the hotel is rated as 5 star they don’t have proper bellboy services. A man from room service was mean to us. The room was not clean enough when we checked in the dust on the phone and night tables. The personel in the restaurant was not enough friendly. In general, this hotel needs lots of improvements! It is not a 5 star hotel!

Everything . The perfect location with dramatic views of Stockholm’s charming architecture across the water. Easy walk to Gamla Stan, museums, wonderful restaurants. The Hop On, Hop Off bus line is relatively close. Highly recommend it. Check out the food court down the road.
