Small room but very well furnished and organized. Beautifully furnished actually, with great lightning, clean, comfortable. The location is very good, very close to the central station and to everything.
A little bit noisy as it was a main road in front of the window and we were there on a Saturday evening, but once you fell asleep it was ok.

Very good hotel. I was very comfortable there and had everything I needed. The room and bathroom were a little small but it was extremely comfortable and I had everything I needed. Superb breakfast. Central location.

Staff, breakfast and facilities were all great.
There was no AC. This was not an anomaly, it seems to be the regular situation. They provided a fan and a card suggesting we open the windows in the evening to help with cooling. Fortunately is was 20c, but still very hot in the room when the sun was on the room's side of the building.

Very good breakfast, staff was amazing and went above and beyond with our extra requests as one in the group had an accident. Perfect location, nice lighting in the room. Good to have two bathrooms, would have been even better to have two toilets but didn't matter that much.
Sofa bed was very bad to sleep on, a bit noisy outside (which is understandable as it is next to a big street). Would be better to have more space to put luggage on (as we were three travelers).

The hotel is modern and bright, just as I would expect from a Scandinavian property. I specifically booked it because it is located right next to the Alanda Express, which I used to arrive, making it perfect for a one-night stay. The reception was always fully staffed and very friendly, and any special room requests were easily accommodated. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for the price.
I only stayed for a very short time, so I cannot really judge aspects like cleaning or other long-term services. The only minor downside I noticed is inherent to the hotel’s city-center location. Even though I was in a very high floor, there is a busy street right outside. Since I visited in winter, there was also some very late-night noise from a snow-clearing machine for an extended period. Once I closed the window, the soundproofing worked very well. Being a city hotel, absolute quiet should not be expected, though this may have been an unusual situation.
Additionally, while the rooms, reception, and common areas are very pleasant, I found the hallways a bit less cozy with their black-and-gray design. Overall, these are very minor points and did not significantly affect my stay.

Literally outside the Arlanda Express stop. Central location. Beautifully decorated. Peaceful. Quiet ambience. Storage was ok. Toiletries in the bathroom were ample. Breakfast was excellent, good range and well cooked. Plenty of drink options both hot and cold. Good gym in the hotel and everything felt very secure, needing a key card to use lifts or stairs. A thoughtful umbrella and shoe horn are in the rooms. Plenty of seating in the lobby area with big glass walls to watch the world go by. Great blackout curtains in the room too.
The fridge and safe took up the bed side storage on both sides and the fridge is full of alcohol. A fridge hums so it did bother us a bit at night as it was attached to the bed. The towels in the room were one bath towel and one towel that was significantly smaller, luckily between us we accidentally got it the right way round, but made life tricky when hairwashing too. One wardrobe was taken up with a full size ironing board and a fan, personally I never intend on ironing anything on holiday and would have preferred a 2nd space to hang clothing, or have shelving or a drawer.

Great location.
The bathroom had mould in the shower and shower glass door did not fit properly so water went everywhere. The property is very tired and not maintained well. Cleaning wasnt very thorough eg a previous guest had spilt coffee beside and behind the bed which was missed by the cleaning staff.

Excellent location if coming in by train; perfect- literally 2 minutes to express train to Stockholm
airport- Arlanda Express is spot on- fast , comfortable and much better than taking a cab or Uber.
Some of the staff not very personable-also rooms extra small; however were very clean. Just be aware that it is very tight in the rooms. For$400 US dollars a night- should be a little larger.

The hotel is steps from Arlanda Express station, close to main attractions and public transport. Breakfasts were delicious, we looked forward to them every morning. Nicely decorated rooms with just enough space. The staff was very attentive and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. The deluxe double room has a sofa and comfortably fits 2 adults and two kids, it was also possible to split the larger double bed into two twins.
Some rooms were just a bit warmer during the rare heat wave, while others as well as common spaces were all cool.

Excellent hotel!
It is sure centrally located (right behind main train station) and walking distance 10-15min to city center or old town.
While direct at a busy street we found the noise level surprising low (with one window tilted open) or non-existent with it closed.
Our room as nice and spacious with added couch/seating area.
The hotel staff is super friendly, breakfast buffet had good selection and the gym was very well equipped.
We were a bit concerned seeing two electric fans in the room (that is typically an ominous sign in European hotels that A/C is not up to the task in Sommer!) but if you follow the directions of the hotel (we sure did) to close the curtains while leaving the room during day and keep bathroom door open to enhance airflow - sure enough, the room was nice and cool as we got back in the evenings.
Tip for this who arrive by car: DO reserve your space in advance (we did) as they do not have a lot of space reserved in the shared/public garage for the hotel’s use. The price was acceptable.
All told, we would stay there gain any time.
Minor squabble : you can open (tilt) only one of the two windows, not sure why. To enhance airflow at night it would be nice to be able to open both.
