Our experience at this hotel was excellent. Access from the airport is extremely easy, as the express train arrives almost directly at the hotel’s entrance. The metro station is located almost across the street, making it effortless to explore all major points of interest in Stockholm.
The staff was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the lady who welcomed us at the reception, but she was kind enough to provide us with a room earlier than the official check-in time, which we truly appreciated.
The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. We stayed as a family with two children in a suite, which comfortably accommodated us with a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that was also extremely comfortable. Space-wise, the room was just about right for our needs, but this was not an issue at all, as we spent most of our time exploring the city.
Regarding value for money, I choose not to comment, as we visited during a very busy winter period close to New Year’s, when prices are naturally higher.
One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast, which was truly excellent.
I have nothing negative to comment on. If anything, the experience could be elevated even further by offering an alternative to the classic American coffee, as the hotel welcomes guests from all over the world and different coffee preferences are common. A second or third coffee option would be a very nice added touch, even without being an extra paid service. That said, this is purely a suggestion and by no means a negative point.

The hotel is modern and bright, just as I would expect from a Scandinavian property. I specifically booked it because it is located right next to the Alanda Express, which I used to arrive, making it perfect for a one-night stay. The reception was always fully staffed and very friendly, and any special room requests were easily accommodated. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for the price.
I only stayed for a very short time, so I cannot really judge aspects like cleaning or other long-term services. The only minor downside I noticed is inherent to the hotel’s city-center location. Even though I was in a very high floor, there is a busy street right outside. Since I visited in winter, there was also some very late-night noise from a snow-clearing machine for an extended period. Once I closed the window, the soundproofing worked very well. Being a city hotel, absolute quiet should not be expected, though this may have been an unusual situation.
Additionally, while the rooms, reception, and common areas are very pleasant, I found the hallways a bit less cozy with their black-and-gray design. Overall, these are very minor points and did not significantly affect my stay.

Literally outside the Arlanda Express stop. Central location. Beautifully decorated. Peaceful. Quiet ambience. Storage was ok. Toiletries in the bathroom were ample. Breakfast was excellent, good range and well cooked. Plenty of drink options both hot and cold. Good gym in the hotel and everything felt very secure, needing a key card to use lifts or stairs. A thoughtful umbrella and shoe horn are in the rooms. Plenty of seating in the lobby area with big glass walls to watch the world go by. Great blackout curtains in the room too.
The fridge and safe took up the bed side storage on both sides and the fridge is full of alcohol. A fridge hums so it did bother us a bit at night as it was attached to the bed. The towels in the room were one bath towel and one towel that was significantly smaller, luckily between us we accidentally got it the right way round, but made life tricky when hairwashing too. One wardrobe was taken up with a full size ironing board and a fan, personally I never intend on ironing anything on holiday and would have preferred a 2nd space to hang clothing, or have shelving or a drawer.
