Wonderful
Fabulous location that connects everything, making the stay as easy as possible. The staff were very warm & welcoming, making us feel comfortable & welcome.
The room size and the amenities do not fully do justice to the high price.

Poor
Location is great, breakfast is excellent.
Bedbugs in bed is really disapointment. You don`t want to wake up with several bytes. We informed the stuff about the problem, but we felt no regret from the hotel side. The hotel is bit too old, slightly renovated. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Great central location. Quiet room.
Restaurant menu was expensive. (No one was eating there when restaurants in the area were packed). Room was fine, just over-priced.

Staff was very helpful.
Location wasn’t as cose to Gamla stan as we would have preferred. Amenities were 2-3 star in quality, e. g., size of room, towels, pillows.

Pleasant
Close to the train station. Excellent Grown Alchemist toiletries. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in and leave our bags in the room. Clean and a nice design with an area to work.
The hotel had a dodgy vibe at night. Noisy from the road and guests coming home. The bed was uncomfortable and moved so much that the other person woke up every time someone turned over.
