Fantastic location, beautiful historic building, excellent facilities, very helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful big clean rooms.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room was quite comfortable. Although a single room is quite small, it had EVERYTHING a traveler might need including toiletries, robe, slippers, shaving kit, toothbrush kit, plus more! The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions, directions, transportation, and even helped us mail a package back home. The lobby was large enough to accommodate seating for many people. The bonus was an atrium room with soaring ceiling and beautiful decor and service for food and wine. It was quiet so travelers could comfortably hold a conversation or attend a remote meeting in a peaceful setting. The breakfast was quite good and was served every day until 11:30. We greatly appreciated the later breakfast hours since we were so jet-lagged.
The music in a pub across the street was quite loud at night, but only for 2 nights.

They have an AMAZING breakfast buffet!! The hotel's location is very centrally located making it easy to get to all of the major tourist attractions and ferries. The inner courtyard lounge is beautiful and a nice place to relax.
Our room was very small and poorly laid out. (Room 135) There was a TV mounted on the wall at the end of the bed that made it very difficult to walk around the bed. However, the bed was very comfortable.
