First night we got cold room.
Staff recommended where and how to park car and when we parked and payd with app we still got a fine, because there was certain rules + time rules and this wasnt introduced for us by staff. If we knew this we would park somewhere else. Because of staff recommendation we got fined.

The location was perfect. The tram station was right across from the hotel, making it very easy to reach the city center. There was also a supermarket in the same building, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely visit the hotel again.
We had a heating issue related to the ventilation, but we managed somehow. For our next stay, we would prefer a regular room instead of a disability-adapted one.

Modern no frills good value hotel but with a bit more character than most. Interesting decor in rooms which was different. Friendly staff. Did not have any food there so can't comment. Would stay again.
Not much really carpets getting a bit worn and Shower pressure adequate rather than great but small complaints really. It's not in the city centre but close with an easy and frequent tram and train in 20 mins. Tram stop directly outside and night bus also available. Ferry service also close by.

Very clean, quiet room. The personnel is super friendly and helpful. Small, but functional gym.
