Very Good
Facilities were good, bed was comfortable. Location is good with relatively easy access to the city by train.
Would have been nice to have a small fridge for milk and other things.

+ Friendly and efficient reception, quick check in and check out.
+ Large and comfortable lounge area.
+ Comfortable bed.
+ Good ventilation and air quality inside.
+ Rooms are equipped with everything we needed.
+ Location is convenient. We only used public transport when traveling with luggage as the bus and tram stop is right in front of the entrance. Otherwise we enjoy walking and regularly walked to Gamla Stan which took about 30 minutes.
- Our room was never cleaned during our 6-night stay.
- On one occasion housekeeping entered the room but did not clean it. We know they visited because all of our towels were removed and we had to collect fresh ones from reception that evening.
- It was particularly disappointing that despite entering the room the housekeeping staff did not even empty the full trash bins.

Staff, location, cleaning, room amenities, free coffee, wifi worked well. Neighborhood is very quiet.
Bed was not too comfortable, the corridor is very long so you will walk a lot if you're far from the elevator, but also all doors are facing the same corridor so the chances of an inconsiderate neighbor slamming their door late at night increase. After 15 days there I'd say this happened 2-3 days so overall it was pretty quiet.

Loved everything about this hotel except for the location. It says that there's a metro stop right in front of the hotel which is *technically* true, BUT it doesn't go to the city center/gamla stan/anywhere you might want to go. You have to either walk 10 minutes to a different stop or transfer trains.

A little far from city center but easy enough to get to. No one could be found at the front desk at check out. We yelled and called, but couldn’t get anyone. We left a note and had to leave. For the taxi.

The location right next to the tram was great. For European standards, the rooms were a good size. The breakfast was just what was needed.
The way the bathroom was set up, when you took a shower, the entire floor of the bathroom got wet

They checked me in at 11 am. The hotel was good overall. Nice neighborhood and coffee shop and grocery store right next to the hotel.
A bit far from the main attractions and only few public transportation options. The hotel had a weird smell.

Overall a really good stay, especially for the price. Easy to reach the city center and the Hovet arena.
The AC was loud if you put it at any higher speed than 2. I feel like this could be fixed by a quick cleaning probably, but it didn't bother us too much.

this is the second time staying at this hotel, location is PERFECT, coffee shop and grocery store right next door and a train station right in front. to be honest, i spent several days just walking and never got into a taxi once, it's very walkable. staff is very friendly and helpful, downstairs lounge is awesome (coffee and drinks and plenty of space to sit/work, etc). rooms are cute, quiet and comfy. i will be back for sure!
