They checked me in at 11 am. The hotel was good overall. Nice neighborhood and coffee shop and grocery store right next to the hotel.
A bit far from the main attractions and only few public transportation options. The hotel had a weird smell.

Overall a really good stay, especially for the price. Easy to reach the city center and the Hovet arena.
The AC was loud if you put it at any higher speed than 2. I feel like this could be fixed by a quick cleaning probably, but it didn't bother us too much.

this is the second time staying at this hotel, location is PERFECT, coffee shop and grocery store right next door and a train station right in front. to be honest, i spent several days just walking and never got into a taxi once, it's very walkable. staff is very friendly and helpful, downstairs lounge is awesome (coffee and drinks and plenty of space to sit/work, etc). rooms are cute, quiet and comfy. i will be back for sure!

First night we got cold room.
Staff recommended where and how to park car and when we parked and payd with app we still got a fine, because there was certain rules + time rules and this wasnt introduced for us by staff. If we knew this we would park somewhere else. Because of staff recommendation we got fined.

It would be better to have a fridge in the room. The air conditioner was not working properly to give hot air in the room and staff provided an extra heater.

Tram stop in front of the hotel. Clean and quiet rooms.
The breakfast was disappointing. 150 sek per person and it was just some Bread, cheese, yoghurt and boiled eggs. Definitely not worth 150 sek. You can get better breakfast for the same price closeby.

The breakfast was good and overall it was a good value for the price.
One of the hotel staff (a women with dark hair) rudely interrupted my family and I in the lobby. It was our last night in town and we just wanted to grab something quick to eat and go up to our room and get packed so we grabbed takeout from the Mexican food restaurant around the corner. We brought it back to the lobby and ordered two beers to go with our dinner we had all of our takeout boxes opened and we’re eating when she rudely told us that we need to close everything up and go up to our room that we could not eat in the lobby. This is ridiculous. We had just purchased a beer and the hotel does not serve dinner so it’s not like we were bringing food into an area where we could’ve purchased food from the hotel.

- The staff were kind and helpful.
- Very close to bus and train stations.
- There are several partner restaurants near the hotel that offer discounts for guests.
- The room was very clean.
- The room was large enough for 2 people.
- We placed an order at one of the partner restaurants and were going to order drinks from the bar while we ate, but they wouldn't allow us to consume anything that hadn't been purchased at the bar (the bar only sells snaks).
- The cleaning staff did not carefully check what needed to be changed/replenished: for 2 days they took our towels and did not replace them; there was no toilet paper (there was none in the morning, they went to the room and did not replenish it), on another day they left only 2 face towels instead of bath towels, etc.

it was clean, very good location.
there was no locker in the room. Even though we hadn't checked out of the hotel, the receptionist, whose name I can't recall now, wouldn't let us have coffee and sandwiches on the seating at the entrance. Even though we explained that we were hotel guests, she said that area was reserved for guests having breakfast. Yet, for the four days we were staying, everyone else had comfortably eaten their own food in our area, without having eaten the hotel breakfast. We couldn't understand this behavior toward us.

Everything I needed to enjoy a lovely stay. A bonus is that the tram stop is in front of the hotel, and a supermarket is next door. I decided to add breakfast to my reservation, and it was worth it. Great value for money, lots of options, always full, and a lot of choice for dairy-free or gluten-free. The free coffee always available in the lobby was a nice touch. Easy to get to the arena as it is two tram stops away. Even though the hotel was bustling and almost every room full, it didn't feel that way in the lobby. If I ever return to Stockholm, then I would book again.
The room was very clean, except they missed a bedside table that had crumbs when we arrived. I got the impression it was just easily missed. A quiet neighborhood and mostly new, also really quiet at night, as there are many offices around. It made it difficult to judge safety while walking at night in one direction. Excellent public transport, but you do need to change to another tram to get to the centre/ old town.
