We loved its location - so easy to reach the Metro opposite , handy convenience stores close by amongst more prestigious shopping and a short walking distance to the quayside or park . The breakfasts were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful . Rooms were very clean with a slightly quirky vibe . Eating à la carte outside for lunch and inside for evening meal were very pleasurable dining experiences . We even thought the beds super comfy ! Gold star all round for the Mornington Hotel !
Asking for the moon but perhaps the little outside terrace could have been slightly more inviting .

Only two tv channels so impossible to watch football matches during the World Cup. Otherwise everything was good

Second stay here, and I think we have found our place in Stockholm. The rooms are stylish and large enough. Breakfast is fabulous, one of the best ones we have had in Europe. The lobby has a nice area for evening drinks, this time there was also a piano player entertaining us. The location is minutes from Östermalm Saluhall and short walk to metro.
Everything was very nice again.

Hair in bathroom (which was tiny), didnt feel very clean to me. Small room, which would have been fine if it was cleaner

Fantastic breakfast
We put out a do not disturb sign the first day, but not any other day - no one cleaned the room, brought more tea bags/toilet paper after that. Also the reception area is just a till in the middle of a cafe/bookstore area so we weren't made to feel particularly welcome. And the breakfast ares is incredibly noisy and busy
