the wonderful lively and warm and inviting lobby. the breakfast was exceptional, as was the restaurant over all.
for us, the location was ideal, and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. so much available in the area.
Bed was too hard. Not enough space in the room to hang clothes or drawers to put things away in.
Also, even though requested, the safe was not hooked up and didn't work.

The location was great! Easy to walk to the center, and at the same time away from the busy touristic center.
Nice gym and staff! They were extremely kind to let us check in earlier!

I honestly can't understand how can someone think it's a good idea to have a seeing-through glass door in a toilet! And if it really needs to be glass, why not add a little curtain option?!
Just a detail, but the breakfast food could have tags for allergens. It was easy to just ask the staff about gluten free options, but two of them didn't really know about the food, so it was a bit unsure to know who to trust...

A warm welcome with a cosy lobby and bar area. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although we didn't actually;ly use the health spa, we loved the soft bathrobes in our rooms. The breakfast was absolutely superb - both the continental and cooked.
We would have appreciated easier access to international TV/streaming services in our room. The TV allows casting from digital devices, but setting this up was complicated, and we couldn't get it to work.

We really felt like this hotel was a great bang for our buck. Great location, great decor and atmosphere, great breakfast. Staff was really friendly. Would definitely book again.
Bathroom was small and room temperature was a bit too hot for sleeping. The room was quite stuffy after the night, but gladly we could open the windows in the morning.

Staff were fantastic. Always willing to help out and answer any questions we had. Night shift manager was especially excellent, making takeaway coffee for us when checking out early at 3am for a morning flight. Morning breakfast was great with a wide selection of options available that were also good quality.

Quirky hotel which we loved! Rooms were on the smallish side but it didn't really bother us. We loved the 'library" theme! Close to everything, no need for public transport, we walked everywhere. Supermarket at the end of the street and there is a "sausage van" outside of the hotel to the left as you exit that is well worth trying! Delicious! We enjoyed one the best meals of our 5 week trip in the hotel restaurant. It was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. So happy we chose this hotel.

Its location was good.
It’s an older and smaller hotel than it looks in the photos. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working, and there was a constant strange smell. No matter what time I went down for breakfast, it was crowded, and I had to struggle to find a table. I think the price is too high for what it offers.

Very fun hotel! The staff upgraded me to a more spacious and comfortable room which made my 6-day stay in Stockholm much more enjoyable (don't opt for small/cheaper rooms on top floor as its extremely hot in the summer and smells like pigeon poop). The breakfast is absolutely HUGE and yummy (eggs, green juice, bacon, etc. they have it all). They have the nicest hotel gym ive ever seen, including a sauna. They have jazz on Friday nights. Central location, just 10-15 min walk to parks, local ferry, etc. A little pricy but well worth it.

The room was very lovely and the breakfast was spectacular. I traveled for work with colleagues and it is a hotel that has unofficially become the desinated stay for our company.
The only thing is that it is located a couple of blocks away from transport in any direction. This is not a problem, but one should be aware of it if quick transport is necessary.
