Location was excellent. We walked almost everywhere. The breakfast buffet was an amazing assortment of foods and beverages. I'm sure that anyone could fill up on their faves for breakfast, ranging from cold-cut meats to tempting breakfast pastries.

Location and breakfast were OK.
The lobby is a long hall without lounging areas. The girls at front desk are kind but lack training. The design of rooms (we had 4) are awkward and with dead zones. The pillows need to be replaced and beds lack comfort.

The room was spacious and comfortable and functional. Bedroom lighting near the chairs was suboptimal. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious and it was great to have washcloths.
The lighting near the sitting chairs was suboptimal. I thought the shower floor when wet and soapy was very slick and slippery. When the coffee machine did not work, it was replaced promptly. Breakfast was good but when there was a problem in the kitchen there was no hot food. While problems happen, adjustments needed to be made with the other available foods.

Location was fantastic, a 10 minute walk to central Stockholm. High rating for cleanliness and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with nice variety.
Street noise could be heard on weekends like sirens and some street racing. Might improve this by requesting a room on the quieter side.

Overall impression, the staff was always helpful either at the desk or in the dining room where we had breakfast.
We enjoyed the buffet. The room was always clean.

The design of hotel is wonderful, very cozy and beautiful, with great location to the center and a few minutes away from the metro station. And the staff are friendly and welcoming! I definitely will comeback again!

Beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable room in a historic building. Huge bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower, very nice! Nice area, it felt safe and calm, yet not too far from the shopping street, restaurants and bars. It is about 20min walk to the old town, but there is a pizzeria on the premises, and couple of busy bars a block away.
Excellent breakfast, great selection and quality! Cured salmon and cheese board was incredible, as well as great coffee and pastries.
Mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be great.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the design of the room (well curated) and the quality of the amenities. The location was walking distance to the shopping area and also 1 block from a subway. Breakfast was fantastic!
The only thing I was left wanting was a coffee maker in the room so that I could have one first thing without going to the lobby.

People I interacted at the counter were always very kind and supportive. The pizza restaurant was absolutely exceptional and this is coming from an Italian. Loved the charming decor of the rooms: I was assigned a corner room, and I loved the wooden floors (huge point for someone that absolutely hates carpet floorings of hotels), and size was absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was also really nice and qualitative, I just wished it was a bit clearer from waiters how it worked with coffee ordering, especially for an Italian that will only initiate the day with at least 3 espressos at breakfast.
I do understand their point on sustainability for amenities in the room, but for a 4 star hotel with premium vibe (indeed they offer some 5 stars services like 24h room service), I would have expected at least a kettle in the room, as first thing I want when I wake up and go to sleep is coffee/tea/chamomile. I don't mind bringing my own, but would be great to have the bare minimum to be self sufficient.

Lovely hotel with an excellent bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
Would have liked an additional manual internal lock on the hotel door. However to note, never felt unsafe at all.

From start to finish, staying at Miss Clara was a great experience. The service was consistently excellent from the front desk, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. Did not experience any noise or disruptions. Breakfast buffet was of high quality with lots of choice. Location was very convenient. I would recommend without hesitation.
