Beautiful building and rooms. The staff was exceptional, as were the amenities. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The location can’t be beat either.

The rooms are uniquely warm and homely. I The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mandaline that works at the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. It’s like she reads one’s mind. When you think of coffee, she asks and brings you coffee. Overall, It was a magical experience. I wished I came to Stockholm for vacation and not business.

Staff friendly and kind help especially when carry luggage through taxi. Morning breakfast is small but plenty and variety of food.
Decoration , too much fabric decoration and room ornaments. Feel scary in some decorate like false snake ornament on the hallways.

My stay was short, but the location, decor, comfort, and staff were amazing. I left before breakefast started and the woman at the front desk had me make a to go bag before i left. That was so sweet of her.
The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that the water didn't get hot enough in the shower. I realize that a few days before my arrival, there was a water shortage.

Location was great..
Rooms are very well decorated but not enough closets Also only heavy curtains existed in our room . We were facing next to a building,we were unable to open the curtains as there were no net and it was annoying
