The staff were wonderful, hotel room really clean and the bar and restaurant were great :)
Shower drain wasn’t very low so would overflow sometimes

Clean, tidy in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but excellent Swedishvbreakfast with non-stop coffee and water. The best tourist hotel in all of Stockholm.

The hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a really great vibe - it was busy with locals and tourists throughout our stay, but it was never TOO busy. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar was a real plus!
A tea / coffee machine in the room would have been nice, but we were able to take advantage of free tea / coffee from the cafe

Couldnt find a way to turn off under the bed lights. Woke up the Baby cause of automatic lights.

Check in time was quite late 3pm but they did kindly facilitate our luggage.

The room was super small and had no windows so it felt very claustrophobic.

Nice location, next to a metro station. The room was windowless, which made it dark and comfortable to sleep in. Despite being windowless, it didn’t feel stuffy or musty.
The breakfast was tasty, with a set selection of items. However, it was the same every day, which became a bit repetitive after five days.
