The room was comfortable even though it was quite small. The position is nice and allows you to drop your bags right after arriving at the central station
The breakfast had not many options and was quite small. Even if they have a cafeteria special drinks, like espresso are not included.

Wonderful
Nice buzz in the hotel and restaurant and the room real quiet. The room didn’t have a window and that didn’t bother us at all. You received great sleep. Fresh bathroom and good lighting. Great location

Convenient location
Rooms are not clean. We stayed for three nights. No one came to clean even though we asked at reception. They said every second day. Clearly not true.
At check out the member of staff was sank on a chair giving very bad impression. Not professional at all.
Breakfast was poor. Only filtered coffee. Beagles available didn’t seem fresh, there was no toaster available. Orange juice was not fresh. Anything better needed to be paid extra. So for the rest of our stay we had breakfast elsewhere.
The water on the sink accumulates. Shower temperature didn’t change and was set hot. Air conditioning set at 22C. It’s not possible to turn it off so we passed very cold nights.
Beds are uncomfortably soft. I ended up with a back pain.
I would have expected something better for the price.

Central location, good value for money. Urban Deli is primarily a restaurant and store, and they have guest rooms at the underground floor. The room was quiet and stylish, although still on the basic side. The bathroom was clean and fresh.
All rooms are on the basement floor so no windows. The breakfast was very basic: a staff member asks what you want, adds some stuff on a plate and hands it to you. Breakfast is served at the coffee area (not exclusive to hotel guests).
No safe in the room.

The building has a lot to offer, rooftop terrace, deli, restaurant, bar and is furthermore located on a very convenient point in the city.

Staff , particularly an extremely helpful young man in the restaurant. He told us of an art exhibit that was fantastic!
He moved to Stockholm from Bolivia, seemed to be in a leadership role . All staff , in all areas were great.

We loved how quiet and dark the room was for sleeping and found the bed very comfortable! We opted to eat the breakfast each day which was convenient and hearty.
We find the glass shower doors do not adequately prevent water from splashing on the floor. More floor towels would we welcomed.

The location was good, that’s all..
The staff were unfriendly, and the breakfast was terrible. They absolutely do not allow check-in before 3:00 PM. The rooms are poorly ventilated and feel more like overpriced capsule rooms. It definitely wasn’t worth the money I paid. In my experience, they also did not seem very welcoming toward Turkish guests.

Great location. Lively hotel. Nice rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Small but modern rooms. Great bathroom!
Rooms have no windows. Had to request an iron and board to use. Iron eventually came and burned a whole through my clothes
