Overall the hotel is fantastic! The staff are friendly, the rooms have modern and nice furniture but are a bit small, superb location with less than a 10-minute walk to the center and the vibe in the hotel is outstanding!
Breakfast was decent, though a wider variety of options would have been nice. The room was mostly comfortable, except the entry door shook and rattled from air suction whenever other doors on the floor closed.

Super quiet, excellent location, modern and fresh.
-Low room temperature (maximum 22) which feels cold for some people. Guest should be able to increase the temperature at least to 25-26.
-bathroom space is so limited, and when you take a shower, water comes out of the dedicated glass area, and you have to splash it back with your foot.
-One of the towels had red stains on them, not sure what it was!

This hotel is well maintained and walkable distance from center area where you can get all kind of transportation. The bfast buffet is limited but very good. They have nice seating area and ping pong table too, hotel also has rooftop for good views of the city.

The hotel has a great location and the room was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
All of the rooms are located on the -1 floor and our room had no windows. If you're sensitive to enclosed spaces, it can feel quite claustrophobic. Also, while the Urban Deli restaurant is convenient, the menu is mostly unhealthy food with very limited nutritious options.

The staff was great and worked through a tricky situation with us where we needed to stay an extra day longer than our reservation. The deli was convenient and the location is great!

Great location with easy access to trains and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean rooms.
It was very dark without a window and you definitely did not want to spend any time in the room other than to sleep.

Location is incredible, very central and right in front of the metro. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist. Facilities are modern and stylish.
The only discomfort was the shower cabin, which leaked water and kept the bathroom floor constantly wet. We placed a towel as a barrier, but it ended up staying wet on the floor as well. The shower drain also had a slightly unpleasant smell, and the sink drain wasn't draining efficiently. That said, none of these were things that significantly impacted our stay.

The concept is great.You have a hotel on level -1,totally quiet in the bustling city.Rooms are modern and well done.When you want to go to the bathroom during the night,as soon as your feet touch the floor the floor lights turn on,so you can see where to go.
Deli is connected to it,you can buy all kinds of food,fresh fruits and all the healthy food.
Two people that made my stay comfortable and welcomed are Tomatz,very friendly and eager to help,and Tatyana,that filled my water bottle so many times with a smile on her face.
