The staff were very helpful, the location was very good. The breakfast was very good.
The bedrooms were far too small, no room to unpack a suitcase or put any clothes anywhere. Rooms would not suit a couple, only room for a single person in a double bed. One person would have to climb over another to get out of bed if two people had been in bed.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK, but the coffee tasted burnt, had been sitting cooking for a long time perhaps
I was woken up early because the walls have little or no soundproofing and I could hear the neighbour talking like she was in my room. Also I could hear and feel the lift, which was near my room, going up and down all the time. The room was tiny, the walls within 30 cm of the bed on two sides and 40 cm from the bed on a third side, up against the wall on the 4th. The room was too small for a table, nowhere to sit and do some work; I had to do some work standing up using the mini-bar top as a table for my computer. This is what you get for 3500 kr per night !

Very nice new place, just in front of the station but also very close to the centre of town. The staff was super nice and friendly. Good breakfast

The staff was incredible! The reception area went above and beyond to reach me about the passport I accidentally left in the lobby; they worked with me while I set up DHL to pick it up from them to deliver to my new hotel in Helsinki. The whole hotel has been completely redone, and so many beautiful decor details are included.
The shower was very small - like REALLY small. I asked at the front desk if all the showers were that small, and I was told no. So, you may want to request a room with a larger shower.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Location was great. If you like walking it is possible to walk to any attraction the city has to offer. Breakfast was good, plenty variety.
The separate duvets on the bed were a challenge as they kept falling off the the bed. We are used to having a double duvet on a double bed and appreciate that is not the Scandinavian way.

The location was excellent for us. Right by the central station and wothin walking distance of ask the main attractions. The reception staff (especially Astrid) were amazing. The breakfast was sumptuous.

The location, the cleanliness, quality of room and the good staff.
The room I initially booked was small and cramped and I found it Claustrophobic. However I upgraded to a better larger room and found it was perfect for me.

The location was very central and easy to navigate ones activities to and from the hotel. The nearness to the Central Station was a plus. The town service buses, Trum and metro are easy to get. There are also many eating and drinking places within the perimeter if you opt to eat out . Availability of the lift to upper flours. Nice and varied breakfast.
The beds are uncomfortably smaller than expected. The room that we were 1st allocated on the 2nd floor was small, and the claustrophobic for two adults with just one chair for a 3 nights stay. We asked to have a change of room to meet our needs with an additional payment.
