The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Easy walking to great restaurants. Great breakfast. Our bags were stored while we walked the Stockholm Archipelago Trail.
The ambient music was a little too loud in the common areas and on the rooftop bar.

Wonderful
Beautiful and immaculate property. Amazing breakfast as well !!!
The rooftop was very crowded and I did not feel welcome as a guest - but I certainly could have tried again another evening

Wonderful
Nice hotel tucked away in a quiet square with a gorgeous little park out front. The really quiet room and comfy beds made for great sleep. Good options for breakfast as well. I also enjoyed the well-equipped and decent-sized gym.
Nothing.

Fair
The hotel is well located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance of most attractions.
When we arrived, we were given a room that was extremely small and had a noticeable dog odor. We asked to change rooms, and we paid an additional fee to upgrade to a slightly larger one.
The room did not have air conditioning, which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The windows couldn't be opened, so the hotel provided us with a fan.
We also paid for breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you enjoy good coffee, the only option included is coffee made from pods, which I personally found terrible. If you want a cappuccino, you have to pay extra, which feels misleading when you've already paid for breakfast. There wasn't even a toaster, something I consider a basic item for breakfast. A good cup of coffee and toast are pretty standard expectations.
The rest of the breakfast was acceptable, but nothing stood out. Overall, I think this hotel is overrated.

Disappointing
The location was great, central but quiet.
Our room was underground with no window and very small. Expensive for what it was.

The Villa Dahlia is a beautiful, incredibly quiet and comfortable hotel and room with delightful and accommodating staff. Everything about it was perfection! Short walk to the metro that connected to anywhere we wished to go.
Nothing!

Exceptional
It was very near to a lot of restaurants and not too far a walk from the main city center /old town. We were able to get around fine without a car and did a lot in the few days we stayed. Even though we were in a windowless room, it was incredibly cool during the day and at night and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The showers were very nice, considering that it is in Europe, and had a drain located inside of the shower box so that the water did not invade the rest of the bathroom. There was also a floor to ceiling glass panel between the bathroom and the toilet so that the water did not splash on the toilet nor did you accidentally touch the toilet because it was too close. The staff were accommodating and helped switch our room when we had been given one with a support beam that took up too much space, and they allowed us to fill up our water bottles at the bar whenever we needed. The bed was quite large and comfortable, and there were spaces to put even large suitcases and other luggage. It was overall a very positive experience.
The elevators were relatively small, though we were glad to have them. Therefore, we had to take two trips to bring our four suitcases to our room. The rooms are smaller for only two people, so we did have to get two of them, and there was one staff member who was rude to one of our family members. However, it was still one of the top two hotels out of the ten that we stayed in during our trip.

Good
Location was lovely across from a park. The hotel was very nicely updated. Our room was very pretty, clean with a great bed, crisp linens and an elegant bath.
My requested quiet room was actually in the basement looking out at an enclosed space. No actual daylight. Eerie and seemed unsafe to be subterranean without an egress. There was also a hot water issue for our showers. The staff didn’t seem very interested about our concerns. rude. Also, they started shutting down and clearing the expensive breakfast before the 10 am ending. They did not make exceptions to get more coffee one minute after breakfast closed

Wonderful
Room, view and location were terrific. Located in more of a neighborhood than a tourist center, good walking destinations in all directions. Beautiful park across the street while triple-paned windows made indoor experience silent and comfortable.

the 2nd bedroom was not a room but an area in the hallway without a door
the photographs to not reflect the reality
the main bed is 2 small beds put together and the bedding is not at all good quality
