Location was great. Room was okay.
The hotel made noise for two nights late into the night. I had to get up the last night at 2 AM and couldn't go to sleep thereafter. While the location staff was apologetic, management didn't care at all and never bothered to even apologize.

Hotel was nice, but the room was very small. Breakfast was seriously expensive!
Our room wasn't serviced during our entire stay despite the 'please service my room' sign being displayed and the front desk informed. The rook-top bar was only open one of the 3 nights we were there due to staffing problems. The sauna was also unavailable.

Location was good, but other hotels are also in this location.
At check in we were not told about the facilities- spa, roof top bar, breakfast, check out time etc. I was asked to pay without being given an invoice. The staff did the minimum service level possible. Very disappointing experience and this should have been a wonderful experience.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food and a great rooftop bar! The hotel is in a central position, which made it easy to access all areas of Stockholm.
Our first room was next to the lifts - but having raised the issue of the noise, we we’re moved to a quieter room

Room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was very comfy.
For a boutique hotel would appreciate small amenities like a bottle of wine or welcome snacks, rather than just for purchase.

Quite location and very co fortable / relaxing room environment
Hot chocolate was not included in the breakfast, which we paid SEK 390 each. How on earth could you have such a customer unfriendly policy making customers upset. It was not for paying 70 SEK for the hot cholcoate, but the principle. However, the lovely lady (Nina) in the reception resolved the issue during check out.
