First of all, this is the type of hotel I'm looking for. Quiet, on a side street, close to everything, nice staff who try to help, coffee and tea station most of the day. In conclusion, apart from the disappointment with the refrigerator and the shower on the first day, the rest of the stay was very pleasant and I will probably return in the future.
I personally had a few problems in the room - a shower overflow - which was quickly taken care of by the staff, and a refrigerator that was very important to me did not work and took three days but was replaced in the end. I must also note that the mattress is also very soft and not that comfortable, but maybe that's my personal taste.

Great location, convenient access to central Stockholm and public transit. Breakfast was good and it was generous. The room was pretty comfortable overall, and everything was clean.
On weekend evenings, there was a bit of noise from a club across the street. It was not unbearable, but noticeable. It might be works in the summer with windows open.

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel is also close to the metro, making it super easy to get around the city

I really can't fault this hotel. Staff were all excellent, the room was a nice size with lovely added condiments and a sparkling bathroom and shower. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need in life. Very affordable price and the staff even prepared my breakfast for me as I had to check out earlier than intended. Brilliant.
Not spending another night there. Wish I could have stayed longer. :)

The breakfast was amazing, very delicious and lots of choice! The room was comfortable and clean. In a great location, very walkable.
Out room was right above a night club or bar and the noise made it almost impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning 2/3 nights of our stay (the third night was a Sunday). As we were there for an important job interview this was really inconvenient.
