Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was clean and pleasant to be in.
Of course location is perfect, too. Both for Stockholm access and availability to south of Stockholm.

We got the wrong room. Paid extra for “sea view” room and got what according to the receptionist is called “garden view”. After insisting that this is not the same (obviously!) we got moved to a sea view room that was empty. The receptionist although never asked sorry for the mistake although he tried initially to convince us that the sea view is the same as a garden view (!!?).

Fantastic location with the sea view. Very clean and super nice staffs. They also have J-Restaurant 5 min walk from hotel and the food was also amazing.
What disappointed us was that there was not any bottle water in the room, so you had to take the tap water in the middle of night !!
The mini-bar was empty and we we re very sass

It’s in a very nice area and not far from Stockholm. The facilities were clean. Loved the sauna! The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The room was newly remodeled and modern. I want to come back.
There wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The phone was broken.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. I loved the simple serene and clean design of my room. It was very quiet at night. Special thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies that helped me check in and arranged for last minute spa and massage reservations at Njuta spa nearby.
The house where the breakfast was served was spectacular. I really enjoyed starting my day with a water view. The Sauna under the house was quite magical and enjoyable and very unique. Unforgettable experience all around. Thank you.
The cleaning staff on my floor started vacuuming and cleaning very early and made noise but after I asked for quiet they accommodated.

The view and the area is amazing. The lobby is very beautiful but is not taken into advantage

Location and property setting enabled one to enjoy the natural setting of Nacka and the Baltic
View from our room encompassed the property, the sea, and nature
The staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating
Breakfast spanned 4 hrs and was an array of quality, wholesome and delicious choices
The Terrace Restaurant was the perfect setting for a lovely meal
Varied spaces on the property in which to socialize, meditate, play a game or read.
Air Conditioning was not adequate for'us'
