We liked everything, from the reception to the attention upon arrival. Later, the room and the breakfast.
The TV set should be replaced with a new model with apps to watch the streaming channels.

Spacious room, huge comfortable bed, lovely location, very peaceful!
Would’ve been good to check into the room early but had to wait until 3pm. The heating was very warm in the room

Excellent breakfast, staff were very friendly and offered some great advice for places to visit both within the city and a little further afield.
The room lights were a bit dim so not great for reading in the evenings however the lounge areas outside the rooms were well lit and offered a great alternative!

Close to metro and bus. Atmospheric setting, both the hotel itself and the surrounding area. Cozy room with heated floor in bathroom. Helpful staff. Wide selection at breakfast.
The bed was old and therefor too soft. We had to ask for our toilet paper to be refilled. Coffee and tea was free, but only available in the common area.

They have very friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast is excellent. The location is very good, and there is a metro station very close by.

Breakfast was great. The apartment kept very clean and nice. I was happy that TV was there as well, so we could watch the Olympics:)
I wish it was included in the description that shampoos come with the apartment. The slanted ceiling with wood columns was a little annoying as we kept hitting our heads against it.
