From now; my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect. Very warm and nice welcome in the reception. The room was wonderful. Very cozy and genuine. Superb bed and linnen. Great complementary coffee. The location; smack in the middle of stockholm.
Also had a very tasty dinner at the hotels restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, 5 stars:) Thank you. We will be back ❤️

Location is really good, super close to the city center.
Staff was unfriendly. Upon arrival staff in reception gave me a discount voucher for the hotels bistro restaurant that we could use during our stay, to our dissapointment the restaurant was closed for our whole stay, and I think it was very rude of the staff to even offer the voucher, they should know when the restaurant is open. Addition to that the bathroom situation was horrible. When you showered all of the water slided under the door into the whole bathroom. The only drain was inside the shower, so once the whole floor was wet, it didn’t dry at all during the day.

A very nice personell and very cozy apartment in the center of the city. It is definitely looks nice and ver, very comfortable. The breakfast they have is also very good.
Also staff were reacting quickly to the responses, which was very pleasing.
The check-in options and overall availability could be better. Especially if you have a flight during the night.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower with Ocitane products. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and great choice. Location was perfect for sightseeing and transport links.
Rooms quite small but had everything you need. Would have liked to have had coffee other than filter included in the breakfast but other than that, a great stay and we would book again.

Charming, sophisticated, unique decor. Delicious breakfast buffet, very friendly staff! We stayed in one of the Unique rooms in the attic and it was wonderful. A gem of a room and a gem of a hotel.

We thought there was a wide and wonderful selection for breakfast,laid out thoughtfully and easy to access. Great quality orange juice. Choice of different milks. Good selection of bread and pastries. Lovely fruit choices too.

Loved it again, rooms were excellent, staff wonderful, especially like the breakfast!
2nd time and loved it! Only issue this time was I was on the 4th floor, and when I arrived and went up the elevator, there was some kind of function on in the lobby room, no one told me, I had to come down, then go to the third floor, and walk up the stairs on other side of building, not a big inconvenience, still totally happy with my stay, but could have been signposted better, and highlighted to me at reception when I booked in.
Some complimentary water be great!

I booked a suite for a friend who has had a very tough year. The management was lovely. They had little treats and a beautiful note for her. It’s really the most charming hotel in Stockholm. My husband and I always stay here. It’s just perfection!

Lovely hotel, great location and amazing breakfast.
I chose one of the smaller rooms which only had 1x small window and very little natural light and the air con wasn’t working so it was quite hot. There was also quite a lot of noise from people racing cars on the road in front of the hotel in the night.
