The only good thing is the staff they are friendly especially a nice Philipino guy who was amazing
The room has no light...the elevator is old...there was no water bottle in the rooms and we were asked to drink from the tab in the bathroom. I did not like the facility and i think it is toooo old. The reception and room service took forever.

We booked the room with the sea view, which was our main idea, which was amazing.
For the price we paid, I would expect a better treatment, the staff was slow, breakfast was good, but the service was poor- we were definitely expecting something else.

Perfect location with access to shopping, dining and culture at your fingertips. Make sure to walk up to the market and eat at Lisa Elmqvist for a beautiful seafood experience. The beds were exceptional, as was my session using the gym. Traveling can be hard and I was thrilled to see the array of equipment in the gym. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and only improved by the great servers and view of the harbor.

I booked the best room in the hotel and it was still on the small side.

Amazing location, delicious food, and top-notch service. Just one catch: the A/C doesn’t drop below 75°F—so maybe save it for cooler seasons.
