Great and yet traditional hotel. Good lounge areas. Breakfast was excellent and all the museums and old town were easily within walking distance and there were always taxis outside if you needed it. Very comfortable beds.
When it rained, the copper copings on the front of the building were noisy and disturbed our sleep. Our rooms were on the front on level 2. Higher up you will be less affected by the noise.

The location is very good.
It never deserves 5 stars. Not a child-friendly hotel. There is an elevator but it’s old and doesn’t work if the door isn’t closed. It’s not worth the money, I’m sorry.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

A bit expensive. You had to wait to be seated for quite a time for breakfast. Food at dinner was variable and too cool when served.

Good location and friendly staff. While there clearly were rooms with lovely views, the one they gave us faced an alley way and was a disappointment.
Our room window was to an alley way.
