Very very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. Really extensive buffet breakfast. Location is perfect.
The room was a little small and I kept stubbing my toe on the room chair which was really too big for the small space.

The location was great, just close to Railway station and Hop off hop on bus.
The room service was not daily, but only on request. The TV programs only in Swedish no English channels. Toilets in reception hall open only on special code.

Location is the only thing to point out. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy or complete.
Everything was bad, super tiny room, no water not minibar, no slippers, not the basic things in a 4 star hotel in toilet. Really this hotel should be 2 star an MAX 3 not more than that. Really deplorable. The toilet in the lobby was super dirty and with bad smell. Not smart tv and only showing swedish channels from the 80s

It is centrally located yet quiet . There is an ice bar which is fun.
Inconsistent laundry offerings on the weekend but there is a laundry mat down the street. The rooms are very small.

Very good location, close to the center, the beds were comfortable, just the sink from my room was not working properly it was half clogged

Proximity to station a winner - you can practically see it when getting off Arlanda Express. Staff super friendly. Lively, lots of games and activities going on in reception. Felt safe and got a great nights sleep.
