Breakfast was really good.
In the room (402), there was a little noise around the window. It was like an air conditioning noise, but I did not understand the source of the noise. That was the only thing annoying during my stay.

This was our second time here and the staff is just so lovely!! The lobby is nice & the breakfast & restaurant amazing. Huge selection of hot delicious food. Fantastic. Location is stupendous. Walking distance to Gamla Stan or 2 stops on subway, which is like a 2 min walk from hotel. Can walk to all main shopping areas & nightlife. Nice, safe upscale area. Quiet street. The beds are very comfy! Super duper comfy. Rooms have big huge windows that open. Good size fridge. No microwave but staff is happy to heat things up for you in the one in lobby. Hotel is spotless. Slippers provided. Great market just a block or so from hotel. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Louise who is the main reason we stay here. She’s the consummate professional who feels like an old friend! This place goes out of their way to please.
The rooms for 3 were very very tight. No room for luggage except on the floor so had to step over. We made it work because the staff & breakfast/restaurant & location are so good. The rooms are a bit cold…could use better decor. I think it’s tacky to charge for robes. Ours were comped which was very sweet of the staff.

For the things we liked, I would note that the breakfast choices were nice (although the eating area was quite busy both mornings we were there), the room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful.
The room was very basic and not necessarily uncomfortable but just very standard and relatively small. Despite this, the hotel was located near a metro stop, and there were a number of shops, restaurants and attractions within a walking distance.

Perfect stay. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were clean and cozy, we were pleased to get an upgrade for a better room. The hotel provided us early check in and late check out. The brakfast was very nice and tasty, but it was the same every day.

The hotel is modern and comfortable.
My girlfriend found the 20 minute walk to the center of town to be too far.
The Euro style twin bed mattresses on a king box spring and separate bedding for each person impacted our ability to snuggle.

Cozy atmosphere of a boutique hotel, friendly and accommodating staff
Minor thing, but I would have liked to have a door sign indicating to replenish coffee only. I was barely there but did have coffee in the morning so felt compelled to have the room serviced. Yes, I should have rung the desk with my request, but was always out the door early and in late and it was never top of mind.
Also, servicing the room was uneven. I didn’t have a bath mat for two days, on day three there was a bath mat and two face towels. Any given day there would be 2-3 coffee packets and the creamer packets (which I do not use) multiplied to 5 or 6.
I ate one night at the restaurant. The service was great, but the mushroom appetizer was over salted and drowned out other flavors.

It was clean.
Noise day and night from other guests, disrupting rest and sleep. Rooms depicted misleadingly online: they feel outdated and frankly office-like. Forced to upgrade to another, more expensive room just because we brought our quiet, well-behaved and hypoallergenic dog... Feels like they would rather not have dogs in the hotel. Staff not exactly friendly or helpful. Just overall not a great experience.
