Good location, basic rooms but comfortable, powerful shower, amazing breakfast
The shower screen was movable which meant the bathroom got very wet. I also had a spam message on WhatsApp due to a security leak with my booking details. I thjnk the hotel should have contacted me about this, I contacted them as I was concerned about the message asking for a deposit.

The location is fantastic as is the breakfast buffet, but what makes this hotel outstanding is the personnel. They could not have done more to make our stay go as smoothly as possible.

Lovely clean hotel with very comfortable beds

Great location, nice 25 mins walk to the old town and it's flat the whole way
Helpful staff
Our bathroom was a little small however the other room on the booking had a bigger bathroom so it's not all rooms have small bathrooms

Good hotel in the city centre of Stockholm. This was my second stay. Cozy room, super friendly staff and a superb breakfast buffet. Next time when I visit Stockholm I most likely will stay here again.
Small downside the automatic hotelroom doors slam shut very hard and loud. It's a little bit too loud n the morning or late evening when your neighbours go in and out.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel BirgerJarl. The room was big for Stockholm. The bed was comfy, great shower and it was perfect for getting a good night's sleep. Very quiet. The staff was always kind and attentive to our needs. I recommend it 100%.
