The Hotel service is sharp, but facilities are not that good. The restaurant is great, location is adequate, not ideal.
The elevators are old and instable. The bed is quite small for a double bed. The bathroom is very small. The facilities are old, lacking technology for some solutions.

Great location in a quiet street - close to Metro and buses to get to Stockholm attractions. Fantastic Breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Room was quiet.
Requested a double bed but was given two singles together which is hardly comparable. The room looked less appealing than the one that was shown to me on Booking.com

The location was great, staff really friendly and helpful, breakfast had lots of great options. And I loved the little costers to put on the table while you get food. Every breakfast buffet hotel should do that. The room could do with new wallpaper as it felt dated and had old plugs and screws in the wall where things once had been. But overall a great stay and the location was perfect, so easy to walk from the trainstation Centralen.
Haha the wallpaper maybe?

Wonderful, rich breakfast, with choices for every taste as well as lactose and gluten free products. Really good flow even in busy times. The location of the hotel is great, there is a metro station in just 5 minutes walk and bus stops nearby. In addition, Odenplan is just 10-15 minutes walk. The sea is also in a walkable distance through lovely roads. There is a supermarket just in the back of the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful and smiley. Everything was clean, neat and Scandinavian elegant. We had the chance to stay in an upper floor and we witnessed the marvellous morning light!! Basically, the welcoming light through the whole day gave great views of the rooftops and the sky, even when it was cloudy..
