Very Poor
The only attribute was the bathroom small but marble fixtures with good water pressure
Essentially we stayed in a hostel with elevators. The trim was spare, no amenities, small with no comforts. Rather like staying in a converted corner of a garage. There was no closet, only an awkward narrow space at the end of the bathroom with an apparatus stuck on the wall like you might find behind a bedroom door. One uncomfortable chair, part of the flat pack style “desk” make up area that was affixed ti the wall. No coffee or tea set up. A postage stamp mirror on the desk, peg bird on the wall behind the TV, over head lighting strung with exposed cord to an outlet on the wall. Only enough luggage space for a ruck sack. Aptly named Hobo Hotel for its level of accommodation but priced like a palace.

It is a beautiful hotel with very modern decor. But what was exceptional was the reception staff, they could not have been kinder and more helpful.

dirty toilet on arrival, staff told us to put our luggage in lockers that clearly don't fit luggage, sound isolation is not great - we could hear the street

Clean, great location and amazing breakfast
Guy at the reception weirded me out. He had a necklace with a dead insect around his neck and when I asked why he had that he reacted defensive and seemed like he ignored us everytime we walked past the reception. Felt awkward... Room was small and felt claustrophobic. I get that you pay for the location, but this didnt feel like 4 stars in the slightest.

We had a lovely stay at Hobo. The room was comfortable and clean, they even offered noise cancelling ear plugs. The breakfast was fantastic. Also sending much love to people at the reception desk, they were very helpful.
