The room was very comfortable and the location is perfect to explore Stockholm

Beautiful, classic hotel in an old world style that's becoming harder to find. We especially loved the staff at the Cadier Bar, where we spent several meals. Impressive wine list!
Upon arrival, we lugged our bags up the front steps as doormen watched. I was surprised that a 5-star hotel didn't rush out with valets. Slightly disappointed that the hotel's main restaurants were closed for two weeks over the holidays.

Had to change my room 3 times because rooms assigned were so hot they felt like a sauna. Seems not all rooms have functioning AC. Called guest services & went down to reception & staff were helpful to assign a different room.

Super convenient and beautiful hotel.
There was a $300 damage deposit upon check in that i had no idea about so they wouldnt let me check in for 5 hours. Also i paid for a full size bed but got a twin size. Staff was nice and helpful though.

Loved the location, we were able to walk to everything.
WiFi was terrible in our room. Every time we used it would work briefly and then kick us off. Told front desk said they would have IT check it out but no change.
