Friendly stuff and helpful
The rooms are extremely small. Tv channels are limited to what is provided by the hotel.
The hotel didn’t have a laptop cable to afford us to watch other channels on the internet.

Overall clean and comfortable.
No minifridge however staff at the front desk kindly stored our food items requiring refrigeration.
Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor as it wasn't sealing properly.

Location very close when you take train or bus from the airport. Breakfast great.

I like that the room were spacious. And hotel was near many good food places.
The stay was way to much expensive. Felt like we are paying to live in a 5 star. Yet, there staying deals were way to expensive 2k kroner per night and no breakfast included was very disappointing.

The gluten-free options at breakfast are very poor. The bread options very bad and one gf muffin.

All good. The staff handled my double-booking well, as did Booking.com.
Shower door not a tight fit, so leaks into main bathroom area. My room was 138.
