The staff was Fabulous!
The shower was so tiny we could barely shower! Tiny rooms are part of historic hotels, but ridiculously small showers that flood the entire bathroom floor requiring guests to use up at least two towels to dry the bathroom floor after each shower is poor construction.

Location and staff were great. The room was mostly good. Having a window was wonderful.
Wallpaper too busy. Odd angle of room. But understand it was in an old building. Breakfast was Okay.

Location, breakfast was perfect front desk personnel very kind, respectful and amicable.
The size of the room and that there was some mold in the rim of the shower floor and in the shower door…. Some Clorox will wipe that out.

The staff was outstanding, helpful, patient, kind, not rushed. The rooms were simple but adequate aside from quite small pillows. Breakfast was fair. Location quite good with attractions within walking distance.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the train station, and a short walk to a huge boulevard with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was usually full each night.
They are currently renovating but it really wasn't a big deal. It was a great hotel

Nice cozy place with old school vibe. Balcony was a nice feature. The room accommodated 4 of us just fine. Great location for eating, shopping and transportation. Breakfast was nice and yummy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Not a great view, even from 7th floor. A bit of a walk to tourist sites.
