Fantastic location, beautiful building and some great staff (the gentleman on front desk who gave my daughter a birthday card was amazing)
Tiny rooms with no where to unpack, overpriced (260AU$ for 3 adults breakfasts and a child! and very stoic breakfast crew…no smiles here)

Paying more for a larger suite with a view of the water is an excellent value. The building itself is fabulous with preserved history.
Nothing except not having a long enough stay to use the wonderful spa. Fitness facility was OK, not great

Great location. The staff was professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
The loading dock was outside our window. Garbage and delivery trucks starting at 6 am. We couldn’t get a good nights sleep which was a shame because we loved your hotel otherwise.

Great location. Sauna was great
Bathroom tiny. I requested room with view and was upgraded to room with view of rooftops with no real view. It cost an extra $100 a night for no view
No AC in room. Too hot most of the time. Needed to keep door to tiny balcony not used to keep room somewhat cooler but had to sleep with no cloths and no covers to keep cool enough to sleep.
