Bed was good, and breakfast quality was very high. Location is fantastic
The hotel seem to have some kind of deal with Viking cruise line, so every day huge crowds that go on cruise would come and completely overrun the hotel.
Breakfast area was so crowded that some days it was hard to get a table. Lobby was constantly crowded, the check in lines was crazy long. The staff was completely overrun by those crowds constantly checking in and checking out. If you had a simple question to reception - it would be impossible to ask because of how many people are there
Maybe if you are doing the cruise this is what you sign up for, but we didn't come to do a cruise. We thought we picked a nice hotel for our 6 day trip to Stockholm, and instead had to deal with this insanity.
It really felt like we are staying in some crazy crowded cheap hotel rather than a nice hotel we thought we booked. For the price they charge and the brand name they have I was expecting a significantly better experience

This hotel was ideal; the location, in the heart of the old town, puts you within walking distance of many major attractions. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for exploring Gamla Stan and surrounding parts of town. Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Well appointed.
We had 2 waterfront king rooms and one of the rooms had a very very tiny bathroom.

Very convenient location. Easy to reach tourist destinations but not in the thick of it. The views of the water were lovely. Access to bakeries pretty cool too.
Saturday night party noises from the water. Nothing the hotel can do about people enjoying the summer.

Great location. Very walkable to restaurants and Gamla Stan shops. Ferry to Vasa, Nordic Museum, Vrak and ABBA museum was just up the street.
Clean and updated property with historic details and some modern flair. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing location right on the water and just a stones throw from Gamla Stan and the Royal Palace. Lovely restaurant and bar as well.
The rooms felt quite small, particularly the bathroom so there didn’t feel like a lot of space to move around. The lighting in the bedroom was not great and there was also no master light switch in the room (other than the one you had to put a room key in to be able turn any lights on by the door) so you had to go around turning each individual lamp off at bedtime which, albeit only being a minor inconvenience, I wouldn’t expect from a hotel in this price range. The shower tray/door was also not water tight so leaked all over the bathroom floor/mat every time we showered.
