In the old town, so great for ease of access to Stockholm. Really good breakfast. Relaxation area was lovely.
Bed a bit soft. The shower floods as the water not kept within the shower area. There was also a charge to our room after we left, which I phoned about afterwards, and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. This was disappointing.

Couldn’t fault the breakfast, amazing selection of well prepared fresh produce, which was regularly topped up by the efficient, friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect location for the ‘old town’ and other attractions. Our room had a great view, was extremely comfortable, well equipped and was a great place to celebrate our anniversary!
We had no complaints at all.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town so we could walk everywhere. The hotel staff we welcoming, incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable.
The room was rather small so my friend and I were constantly having to wait on one side of the room for the other to pass.

Perfect location, in the middle of the city, with a breathtaking view of the 'harbour'. Breakfast was good, but the tables were too small and too close to each other.
The service was very basic, the front desk not particularly friendly nor professional. We asked twice to unclog our shower drain, which was giving a very bad small, but they did not anything. They also charged us for a water bottle we did not drink, a negligible amount of money, but still.. we had to ask for a refund..
