Lovely old building right on the waterfront, in the centre of the old town. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent food.
Minibar expensive but a still and sparkling water tap is available in the restaurant area of the lobby.

Perfect location in Gamla Stan, bus stop right out front, good restaurants/cafes all within a 5 minute walk. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Fabulous location, loved everything about the decor of the hotel, the sauna and plunge pool was delightful.
Didn't like the mattress topper!! felt like you were at sea. Also a full length mirror in the room would have been great

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Location is perfect.Close to Royal Palace. Staff are amazing, from the reception and to the dining area during breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices and of high quality. I would highly recommend this hotel in Stockholm.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was provided earlier than promised since we had to leave at 7:15 AM. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The spa was very small for a five star hotel, some 4 star hotels have better and bigger saunas. The price of the overnight parking was ridiculously expensive and the new price was written by hand over the old price of the ticket, which looked very unprofessional.

the location was superb in the old town. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and the stuff very friendly. I had an early morning flight and they arranged for my very early check in without any problem
