Good breakfast. Lots of choices and very interesting food. Stuff was amazing! Helpful and nice. Location perfect. We didnt need to use public transportation. Everything was super close. Lobby area Is also Nice. :)
Rooms are super small. I didnt like it. No windows in Our case so it felt claustrophobic at times. We knew that so it wasnt their fault but I expected at least good ventilation.

We could check in early, which was a nice surprise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - right beside the main train station and this is also a nice and safe area. Quite close to some historic buildings too. The room was comfortable and we had a perfect view of trains coming and going from the station - something my son really enjoyed! But you couldn't hear them at all. The breakfast buffet had everything and the breakfast area itself was very welcoming. Lovely spaces in the hotel to sit and relax. I would highly recommend.
There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

We paid for a queen room and we’re put in a small double, we asked to move and were told there was no rooms available and were not offered a refund or discount despite being out in a smaller cheaper room

Towels were so old that they were torn. There was a note apologizing for the sheets not being pressed due to some device being out of order, but I was not sure if the sheets were even changed. I had been in other Thon hotels; they were excellent; however, the Thon partner is another story. The shower area was about 2 feet separated by a curtain. Every time I showed, the whole bathroom floor was wet. The hotel is a step above a hostel.

Location is strategically located at the center of Stockholm (just beside central station and city bus terminal) so basically you can easily go anywhere either by public transport or walk. The staffs are really nice, the room is clean, the bed is very comfy, and the breakfast options are decent. With the price offered, it is very recommended.
The room is located downstairs (on the basement) and without window. The room is okay for 1 person but may be a bit thight for 2 persons. You may feel a bit stuffy if you have plan to stay in longer term, but the hotel provide a cozy lobby with minibar and game upstairs. So, I recommend you to spend sometime there. During winter, the room feels a bit colder and you may want to ask if there is extra heater or wear thicker clothes. But in general, I am satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel’s location, right in the middle of the city center, offers an exceptional opportunity to walk to the old town and the surrounding areas. The hotel also provides parking, which based on my experience costs less than trying to find parking on your own (only 450 SEK per night). We stayed in a room with a sauna, and it was amazing to use it after a long evening walk in wintery Stockholm. The breakfasts are incredible as well. I’ve stayed in many different hotels, and I can say this with confidence.
Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was a massage bathtub that we didn’t feel comfortable using because it didn’t look clean. There was dust on the floor under the furniture and someone else’s hair on the towels and bathrobes. The room itself needs some renovation. The parking is also quite tricky to find, but the staff will give you a map, and you can call them if you get lost.

Breakfast was amazing. There was so many choices available.
Location is also great as its very central. Easy to walk to all the key places, and 5min walk from the Train Station.
Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Small room without a window, however it had everything we could need.
