The place is just 1 min from Stockolm Central Station, right across the street, no need to transfer to/from, lots of time/money saved.

Great location. Being super close to the central station and other tourist spots is very helpful. Mind blowing breakfast with over 30 warm and cold options and that means you can skip lunch! The staff was very polite and helpful.
Reception area could be extended to help more customers in particular those checking out as there was quite a bit of queue.

Disappointing
The location was very good and convenient for exploring Stockholm. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a business-hotel feel. There is also a parking garage in the same building, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment, especially as a guest with celiac disease. I had informed the hotel about my celiac disease well in advance and mentioned it again at check-in, but the breakfast staff did not seem to have been informed and had very limited knowledge about celiac disease and cross-contamination.
The gluten-free section is located right at the beginning of the breakfast buffet, where many guests pass by and handle the products. I personally saw other guests using the gluten-free area and even the dedicated gluten-free toaster incorrectly. For someone with celiac disease, this creates a very high risk of gluten cross-contamination, and I did not consider the setup safe.
Getting help from the breakfast staff was also difficult because they seemed very busy, and it was not easy to obtain uncontaminated food directly from the kitchen. After I complained at reception, I was promised that the situation would be handled better the following morning, but unfortunately, nothing really changed.
Another very disappointing experience happened on our first evening. After more than 13 hours of traveling, I was hungry and, because of my celiac disease, I could not find anything suitable to eat at the hotel. I ordered a gluten-free pizza from outside. However, the bartender in the lobby told us that not allowed to eat it there because only food purchased from the hotel could be consumed in the lobby. Considering that the hotel could not provide me with a suitable celiac-safe meal, I found this extremely disappointing and lacking in understanding.
The room itself was spacious and clean, but surprisingly had very little closet/storage space. Also, be aware that you need to hang a sign on the door if you want your room to be cleaned. This was unusual for us, as in many other hotels daily cleaning is standard unless you specifically opt out.

Love the breakfast! Great selection of options, dietary options and fresh breads! Biggest highlight - they offered two types of fried eggs! That absolutely blowen us away! :)

We booked a room without a window which was our intentional choice to stay a bit on budget. The room was nice, but we really missed the natural light. Maybe there could be a bit better lightening to make more light in the room without the window but that is just minor as if you book the room that has no window you cannot expect that much of light there. :)

Excellent breakfast. Tiny tiny rooms with small beds and no ability to open window (it gets hot). Not great if you travel with a large suitcase or feel most comfortable in a queen or bigger bed. Beds were comfortable. If you are not picky about bed size, like a great breakfast and a good location and are in a budget this is a good hotel. We did not sleep well here.
Rooms get hot. Rooms are so small you have to climb over the other person to get into bed.

I liked it more than I thought I would when I checked in. Hotel rooms are all underground, which was odd but that meant we weren't bothered by the midnight sun. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was amazing. It's half a block from the city terminal, so getting to the hotel is simple.
The rooms are small, but there is a lounge area where you can hang out, with games and a craft center.

Çok memnun kaldık. Otel odasında terlik olmaması can sıkıcıydı fakat çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok çok iyiydi. En güzel şey kahvaltıydı, açık büfe çok iyi alandaydı. Kahve içmek için açık hava ortamı bile vardı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibarlar. Konum zaten aşırı iyiydi.

The staff overall was very friendly and helpful
Main point to choose this hotel: the location is amazing, it's very close to T-Centrale, to the busses and the shopping street
Also, a huge plus point and something we looked forward to everyday was the amazing breakfast, honestly I never saw such a well curated breakfast spread! 10/10
Also, the fact that the hotel offers you a separate gym which is amazing (bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting or hyrox, all possible here)
Be aware that the hotel only has 2 key cards to the gym, so if you go when everyone wants to go, you run into a problem
We really didn't mind the no windows (made it easier to sleep because I was nice and dark) but the rooms are very very small. Generally speaking if you don't spend a lot of time there it's ok.
The shower is not separated from the bathroom, meaning if you shower the whole bathroom is wet (floor, toilet seat etc) which makes it a bit nasty if you wanna use the toilet afterwards
