Very Poor
Staff named Theo at the reception desk was impolite and unprofessional. He spent 15+ minutes on checking in a guest and he responded ‘there is a line in the front’ when I politely checked how long will it take him to finish it. Apparently I WAS IN THE LINE and he knew it because I was standing right after the previous guest for the past 15min. I would suggest this hotel to start a training specifically to Theo to teach him at least some basic manners and of course how to be a professional receptionist (but I guess it’s probably not possible given his big ego and superior feelings when facing foreign travelers). Super fun to finish my trip in Sweden with this!

The location is close to the station and walking distance to centre.
Our room was spacious and came with sauna and Jacuzzi.
The breakfast spread was amazing and had lots of choices for vegetarians too.
The breakfast area is small and people struggle to find place to sit.
Another unusual thing is that they do not provide a double duvet for a couple like us despite asking. Only 2 single duvets were given.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and their ginger shots were so good. The beds were SUPER comfy. The rooms were relatively clean too. The location was amazing, right next to the city center bus terminal. The staff were super friendly.
When we went to our rooms on the first night, and even though when we booked the rooms it said "windowless room", we were deceived it was such a small room AND it was in a basement. However, the more nights we spent there, we got used to it and it wasn't so bad after all.

Everything was excellent.
If you stay in the hotel, make reservation that have breakfast included. Breakfast is amazing!
The staff are very friendly and ready to help about everything.
Location is great, very close to metro station.

Location is ideal if you need to access the trains. Breakfast was fantastic and made for a great start to the day. The staff were very service oriented and made my stay twice as pleasant as I was expecting. The room, while basic, was very functional. I'd gladly stay here again the next time I have to make a short stay in Stockholm.

The bed and the breakfast (taste and offer wise). I slept great in the bed, and nice pillows. The breakfast tasted really good.
The water was all over the floor after showering as the curtain was just a bit below knee level. The restaurant had little seats and so you usually have to sit next to strangers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast has a wide selection, and many dishes suit Chinese tastes really well. The sautéed mushrooms and scrambled eggs were especially delicious.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind. We encountered an unexpected small incident during our stay, and they handled it perfectly with great care.
Best of all, the location is amazing. It sits right opposite Stockholm Central Station, just a 5-minute walk away. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Stockholm. Highly recommended!

Superior twin room had such comfy beds I slept even better than at home! I liked the wallpaper in the room, the super helpful staff & the wonderful breakfast - good value in general.
Many if not all rooms are BELOW street level. Our view was pretty brutlist: on to railway tracks & the main bus station. I like trains though but not everyone will.
The floorplan of the accommodation floor is a maze! Pls provide signs citing 'staircase to Reception opposite room 310' or something. We BOTH got lost due to the prank-like signage pointing to nothing at all. Not ideal if catching a train or a meeting.
