The reasonable price.
No window and located in B2 level which was so surprising to know when checked in. Room description should be explicit and detailed when booking.

Very comfortable with excellent facilities. We managed to do some laundry and had enough space in a room for 4 people.
The bathroom door was a glass door, so light shone through when someone went to the toilet in the middle of the night. The shower partition also wasn’t wide enough, so water splashed all over the bathroom when we showered.

The location is quite convenient
Our room was in the basement. Smelled horrible, rotten and muldy/ musty. It was also a size of a storage room. Definitely not booking this again. It was also not the cheapest option available, so I have reasons to expect more from a 3* hotel.

Hotel is located close to center, the room was nice and bed comfortable, check in and check out was smooth and for those who want a nice breakfast for an ok price both the hotel and the 7-eleven across the streat are great options.
TV stopped working after 1st night and the shower was not draining well. Staff was polite and listened when we told them and offered free breakfast but couldnt fix the issue.

We had a really lovely stay and were very grateful to have been allocated a room on the fifth floor. The hotel was clean, tidy and easy to navigate, and the check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to offer recommendations for local places to visit, which we really appreciated.
We were very happy with the hotel and the value for money.
Overall, a great stay with friendly staff, and we would happily recommend it!
