Breakfast was OK, and the lobby appeared renovated and trendy. The location is quiet but still conveniently close to the city center.
We upgraded our room but ended up with a very outdated one, with a dirty rug and sofa, and views of the inner ‘yard’—essentially windows facing other rooms. We had expected a renovated room in the first place, so the upgrade felt more like a downgrade.

I have only nice things to say about this hotel. The experience was perfect. Room clean, bed comfortable, super quiet. Personnel? Super helpful and patient. They waited for me to try to ask for things in swedish and answered in swedish as many times as I need it to understand. Breakfast? Hands down, the best I've had in hotels for the last couple of years.

Great hotel, easy reach from downtown Stockholm. Arlanda airport bus stops right next door. The breakfast is wonderful. The neighborhood has nice cafes and restaurants, there's a grocery store right around the corner.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food and drinks but didn’t have decaf coffee :( apart from that all good
Unfortunately we couldn’t use the spa or swimming pool as it was charged separately, it’s ok not to use the spa but at least the swimming pool would be nice. In our room the telephone wasn’t working so if we needed anything else we had to go to the receptionist and we were in the 9th floor! To be up and down. We reported the faulty but it wasn’t sorted.

Very good if very bust breakfast area. I liked the rooms being nice and quiet with no annoying fans/AC noise to disturb you. Facilities also very good although I didn't use the spa or pool as not enough time. They also had a pillow menu if you didn't like the default setup eg you can get a body pillow or ergonomic pillow. Got a very good night sleep here.
Some fresh milk instead of just creamer in the room although this is not a problem when going for breakfast. Shower screen didn't completely block water from splashing onto the toilet (it was a wet room style setup) so had to be careful on angling the shower head.
