Exceptionel service; from reception to breakfast everyone was very helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Location was convenient for reaching restaurants and shops in the city center by walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was above and beyond what I expected. The room was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing, the bed was VERY comfortable (I haven't slept on a twin bed in a few years, but I didn't even notice it being "small"), and the shower was fantastic. This felt like a true luxury hotel stay and the price was incredible. The breakfast was great, lots of options so I could switch it up daily. American-style options, but also classic Swedish choices, which was perfect for someone wanting to feel fully immersed. The architecture and design were BEAUTIFUL: all my friends were so impressed with the pictures of the stained glass windows, spiral staircase, and White Lotus-vibe breakfast area. I loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. The location is ideal. Very easy to walk to cafes, shops, restaurants, and trains. Right down the street is a tunnel that opens out directly beside Hötorget Station. Super easy access to trains to Gamla Stan and Södermalm. I was a little bit nervous to be traveling internationally for the first time totally alone, but the hotel (and the whole city) were very safe. Tack så mycket!!
Absolutely nothing about my stay here was less than ideal. There was no part of this hotel that I thought was "just okay," certainly nothing bad. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay.

Great breakfast. Fantastic staff. Well located.
No air conditioning which required leaving the windows open all night. Excessive outside noise all night from teenagers screaming, trucks, and landscaping (at 5 am?) resulted in very poor sleep. Shower was never a consisitent temperature frequently vascillating from boiling hot to cold. Shower head was broken (never stayed in place) and phone didn’t work.

The staff were INCREDIBLE which made our experience feel so personal in a large city new to us! The breakfast staff remembered us each day and we had many memorable conversations with them. Not to mention, the breakfast itself was extraordinary. Great location. Would absolutely stay again.
The room was a bit small and hot in the summer but beds were cozy and everything was very clean.

Location was excellent.
Unfortunately when booking for 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids) we were forced to book 2 rooms as the triple room could not sleep 4 people. But when we arrived at the hotel, they said that the triple room was fine for 4! So we cancelled the 2nd room but no refund was possible as the reservation was done on booking.

Well-located hotel with excellent staff. Nice, very clean rooms. I have been staying at this hotel on several occasions, and I have never been unhappy.
Some more cable channels would be great. Sky news, for instance.

Excellent breakfast, great location, have stayed there before. No complaints at all.
The room was a little bit warm, but was able to open the window to enjoy the evenings there. The bed was a little soft; I prefer a harder mattress.
