I really like the hospitality of the staff here at the hotel, interacted with Abraham and Leia and both were so warm and welcoming. I wish each staff all the best in their respective careers. Thank you.

Wonderful
Room: We stayed in a Superior Double room for one week The room was adequately spacious for that length of stay. The room was clean on arrival, and was cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything was functioning properly in the bathroom as well. No surprises. There was some noise, especially one night, due to the wind and rattling awning. Not the hotel's fault and it was only one night when we had high winds. Finally, check in and check out were smooth.
Location: The hotel was excellent. It was close to a metro station (10 minute walk) and only a 20 -25 minute walk to the ferry terminals. We took the train from Copenhagen to Stockholm. The train arrives at Central Station, which is only 1 metro stop from our hotel. The train and metro stations are connected, making the transfer convenient. For the return trip to the airport, we were able to catch the Arlanda Express from Central Station. Once again, very convenient.
Breakfast: The choices and quality of items at the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a great selection of hot and cold items, something suitable for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters. The staff were very professional. A special call out to Gabriel who we saw almost every morning. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. A star! Thank you Gabriel.
Nothing material. A lovely hotel.

Wonderful
Very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre, close to Humlegården and directly opposite the National Library. A very pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it.

the building looked beautiful on the exterior, the location was fantastic, parking garage right nearby, staff was friendly. the interior is starting to show wear and tear and could use a refresh.
Interior starting to show its age.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location, the breakfast, the staff. The bed is one of the comfiest beds I've slept in any hotel. 10/10, no words.

Very Good
The location was convenient and the room was tidy. The breakfast buffet was great value.
There were items in the room that didn’t work. The phone did not work and the fan in the room didn’t work. The staff was quick to replace the fan.

Wonderful
The suite was extremely spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Also, the smörgåsbord breakfast was excellent.
It’s a beautiful old building, but when it’s hot in Stockholm there is no A/C. They did provide the rooms with fans.

Very Poor
Great staff at reception, OK breakfast
lot of thing in the room going to broke, no air conditioner, desktop fan noisy, toilet seat loose, dirty curtain and window. Dirty room and especially the bathroom full of urine smell and I need to clean it myself to barely get rid of the strong smell.
