The location was fantastic
The easiest way to reach the hotel was not available - it was a planned outage of the ferry stop but nobody told us or even brought it to our attention when we booked in and paid .
Also, we paid for a suite which was one massive room rather than a ‘suite’ - everything was a little shabby, including the bathroom fittings and we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. The view was rather marred by the work on the ferry terminal right in front of the hotel.

Lovely large room, and view over the sea and to the other islands. Good variety of food at breakfast. Large reception/bar area
We booked this hotel for the Spa for a big birthday treat, but had to cut short our trip due to a family issue so didn't end up using the spa. If you don't need to use the spa, book a hotel in the Centre of Stockholm. We stayed when the weather was cold and the sea was frozen which meant the ferries weren't running as frequent, so we ended up spending a lot of money on ubers to get to the hotel. There is nothing else around the hotel and walking from the hotel is a bit difficult due to a lot of roadworks. We stayed at the weekend and the hotel operates a ticket system for time slots for the hotel, which we didn't like as we didn't want to have to get up at a certain time. Sunday breakfast is really busy. Conflicting information about ordering and paying for cappuccino's and lattes. Were told they were included in the price, but then asked to pay for them. For the cost of the breakfast I would expect the special coffees to be included. Probably wouldn't stay here again as very expensive and didn't really live up to the cost.

Large comfortable room with a view of the harbour.
Well presented reception and bar with dining/,breakfast room. Close to the ferry for travel to downtown and other islands. The restaurant staff especially Karolina were excellent. She had the ability to make each guest feel like they were special. If she doesn't manage the restaurant she should.
Breakfast although with huge options had issues with hot items such as fried eggs, hash browns and bacon. These items were cold each of the six mornings. Obviously a popular centre for business meetings and parties meant sometimes hotel guests were forgotten in the bar.

The staff were very helpful and kind they even prepared breakfast and coffee for us at 4AM in the morning to take with us at the airport!

Conveniently located near the Viking terminal and close to the center thanks to the shuttle boat. Beautiful building and views. Delicious breakfast and excellent staff, highly recommended.
Corridors can be noisy, it’s a busy hotel.
