The beautiful view and the comfort from the room. Location is great, only one boat stop to the Djurgarden, which most of the attractions are there for family travellers with kids.
Breakfast buffet is amazing to satisfy everyone's taste.

Everything is amazing about this hotel . the location, the room , the view from the room , the breakfast was so good as well . Although there is minimal contact with the staff but they are really nice and cool.. I enjoyed it especially taking the boat as a transportation .. I will stay here again definitely when I visit Stockholm

The location in front of the sea and it has very nice room and a good breakfast
That the pool does not allow any flexibility during the week to welcome kids . It was very disappointing

Everything at the hotel was very good. The breakfast had a huge variety of choices. Also, it is very easy to get to the city center either by ferry, which stops right outside the hotel, or by bus, though that requires a short walk.

Nice location at the waterside, great spa, nice atmosphere.
I responded to the option to book additional features, a spa visit, but this was not noticed.

Good location, due to proximity to passenger ferry serving the surrounding areas. If you want to be in the heart of the city possibly a bit far out for some. Breakfast was mediocre.
Poor service from the bar staff on the one occasion we used the hotel bar. Seemed to be invisible even though the bar was quiet.
