Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food options including vegan Staff were overall pleasant and friendly The location is nice, by the water, quiet area. Not central but with very frequent boat rides to other areas
Room cleaning service was really bad There's no way to directly contact reception if needed; no phones available in the room to contact them

Lovely stylish hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast choices, loved the boat stop right infront of the hotel, amazing sunset views in the café, super relaxing spa (additional charge). Next time we'll book with sea view for sure!
The bus stop is quite a walk away (especially if you have mobility issues) or a lot of luggage, a taxi would be more suitable then but we liked commuting by ferry with the ferry stop right infront of our doorstep

We loved everything about our stay, wonderful room, the mattress felt like sleeping on clouds, the breakfast was absolutely fabulous. If we ever come back to Stockholm there is no other hotel we would want to stay in.

The convenience of taking the ferry to several locations.
We were given a room in the back of the building with no view. Parking was in a parking garage up the street which we paid an additional fee for.

Lifts were problematic we were 2 rooms. One on 6th and one on 7th. Those on 6 had to take stairs to visit those on 7th

Great location for a city break. You are right by a ferry stop if you want to get into central. Yet it is so peaceful and serene by the hotel away from the hubbub of the city center. The spa and resturaunt was great. As was the bar. We had a great time and would stay again when in Stockholm
Our room was quite dark as it had small windows, but this is due to the historic nature of the building. We had the most basic room, so you can upgrade, but other than the lighting our room was very comfortable. With a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer and shampoo, condition, body wash etc.

A fabulous stay at this fantastic hotel. The location is stunning, close enough to the heart of the city but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the waterfront. Ferry boat right outside giving great access to the city and islands. Breakfast was amazing! Delicious fresh food and so much choice.
