Really nice hotel, everything is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Facilities are great. The location is amazing, literally one minute away from the bus stop where you can ride the bus number 3 and get to Gamla Stan in about 25 minutes, that stop is also for the bus that takes you directly to the airport. It is also not far from the Strawberry arena. All in all we loved the hotel and everything about it. Id recommend it to everyone.

The Hotel is very organized and well equipped for a wonderful staying. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The rooms are very clean, quiet and cozy. The location is great too. Not too far from the city center. Public transportation is nearby. WIFI works very well. I really enjoyed my staying!

Clean rooms and professional staff. The location is decent, though not central, but it's easy enough to get around. We especially enjoyed the high-quality breakfast.
The room was a bit chilly, and unfortunately, the TV wasn't working. We noticed this change since our last visit a few years ago when everything was in working order (it was a summer though).

Terrific breakfast buffet — and a GREAT restaurant in the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful (and knowledgeable). The rooms are quiet, and the climate control is adjusted so well that as guests we never even thought about it.
The bathroom floor is slippery when wet. It's a hazard, especially for those with mobility issues. Adding non-slip mats (and more grab-bars) would make the bathroom much safer. The only other thing that would make this experience better would be the addition of fish to the breakfast buffet. Sweden's famous for fish!

Polite and very helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and delicious.
Room and bathroom are clean, well equipped.
Bus stops are in 5 mins walk.
The bar has closed at 11pm (last order at 10:30pm) on Saturday.

The chunky stains on the carpet in the room, the red liquid flooding the drain in the mini bar fridge, the things that had run out in the breakfast were slowly refilled, seeds all over the peppers, melon swimming in water being borderline old, the code for the aimo app provided by the reception didn't work

the bathroom entrance threshold was a bit high for a person with stability issues. We worked around it, The shower did not have stability handles, The cancellation policy was severe, however, we did get partial in-kind conpensation in the form of restaurant credit.

Location was nice, right on a bus line into the city. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of options including gluten and milk free. Our room was great, plenty of space for relaxing after taking tours into the city.
