The breakfast was fantastic! Great mix of hot and cold food as well as many drink options
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was very basic, with shower and bathroom very small (elbowed the wall to shower)
Room did not have any blankets or extra pillows - when we asked for a blanket we were told they did not have any blankets, only the duvet provided (surprising considering it's suppose to be 4 stars)
Soundproofing awful could hear everything going on during the day and unfortunately at night - including being woken up several times due to next door opening and closing doors

Good location for the university, you can take a bus there.
Large room, excellent breakfast. Nice facilities and well maintained.
Personally prefer a walk-in shower than bath shower.

Everything! Looks exactly like on pictures. Metro in 3 minutes. Breakfast was very good! Go for it! Water pressure super. Cleaning everyday. Good and friendly staff. Good conditioning. Clean. Lots of space. Kettle, cups, iron and iron board, towels, bath liquids. All you need.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, in a lovely and quiet area with nice views. Overall, everything you could ask for as a traveller — comfortable, peaceful and very well connected. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent and well organized, and the team worked continuously to keep the tables clean for other guests. On the morning of our departure, a kitchen supervisor—whose name I unfortunately cannot remember—opened the breakfast area 10 minutes early so we could take breakfast with us before catching an early flight. We truly appreciated her kindness and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
Shower place was very tight, and elevator was old model.
