Could have designed the room more efficiently:. Some more electric plugs and hooks in the bathroom. More storage. Weird that AC had instructions but didnt work.

The staff was kind, the lobby rooms are lovely, the location served our needs, and the breakfast was excellent.
At check in we were accidentally given an occupied room. Awkward! The champagne and chocolates they brought were a very nice gesture. The shower was very powerful, which was both good and bad… the bathroom floor was really wet after washing my hair. I slipped and nearly fell climbing down out of the tub. I think the subway runs under the hotel. While standing near the breakfast room, we could feel the vibration under our feet. In our first floor room, we could hear odd rumbling during the quiet early morning hours… Not good if you’re a light sleeper.

Location wax good. Breakfast was more than adequate.
Rooms were a little cramped but that was all over Scandinavia. I was comparing to our U. S. Hotels which are huge in comparison

The breakfast buffet was delicious . The staff was helpful with questions that we had. The room was comfortable.
When we arrived with our rental car we found out that there was only one night available for our car to be in the garage. The staff gave us 2 locations for public parking. We picked the Continental garage because of location and it did not need an app. It worked out fine and we left it there for 2 nights.

Location was great, walkable short distance to Central train station, tram, metro and buses. Lots of restaurants and cafe close by.
The property advertises or lists that they have AC in rooms. Not true. There was no AC in the room. When we were there in July, it was very hot. We asked for a fan and opened all windows.

We had booked "Superior Twin or Double" room, however, we were assigned to a room in the side building's fifth floor with a little roofing widow and small space. After a dealing with the front desk staff, we were changed a "Standard Room" in the 2nd floor of the main building, which we liked. Our question is why the Standard Room is cheaper than Superior Room but the condition better, space bigger?

Amazing location, staff, and breakfast (both in terms of quality and location - just a gorgeous light filled space with lots of tables). We were able to check in early after a short wait in the stunning lobby. Location ideal.

The breakfast was very good in the morning. We were able to check in early since one room was ready early.
We ate dinner there and the restaurant was wonderful. Would highly recommend!
