The breakfast was fantastic! The large selection of food was much appreciated.
I booked this hotel through Booking.com and they specifically listed this hotel as having AC. It does not have AC!!!!! This is so frustrating! If it doesn't have AC, just say so. The other hotel we stayed in listed that it only had ventilation and that the windows opened. This was find, bc we could open the windows if we needed more ventilation. However, The Marriott, has no AC! Please update your information accordingly.

Very Good
I like that the hotel is close to the city, transportation and shops. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. Most of all it was quiet.
I didn't have a good experience during checkout. A personnel was not friendly and approachable. I felt like i was treated differently from the other guests. I work with customer service myself so i was expecting something better.
All in all we had a nice stay.

Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Amenities in the room for Marriot was not good. Tissue boxes, towels and even coffee / tea was not replenished / changed daily. Room has many defects such as basin drain stuck & main door unable to lock.

Odor in bathroom even in the new one old rooms and facilities the shampoos and soaps they offer are full of fragrances and very cheap and drying
They do not offer essentials such as slippers brushs..etc
At the reception i had to pay each room by card he could not allow me to pay once in total i had to pay extra fees on my card because of there procedure
We had a room wich the odor in bathroom was very disturbing we moved to anthor there is still odor but much less anthor room there AC was not working well

Lovely hotel right next to a huge beautiful park. If you’re lucky enough to visit during the hot summer days, there’s plenty of places where you can go swimming. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We were very happy to stay here

Breakfast was very good.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the garage is wonderful, with large spaces, as we had a VW Tiguan large.
As everywhere in Stockholm parking is expensive.
The location is great, surrounded by a good variety of restaurants within walking distance and metro stations nearby as well. The staff was very accommodating!
The climate control settings were restrictive with a low of 19 & a high of 25.

Wonferful stay on the outskirts of the city/Old Town. Really convenient location, quick walk to the metro and then 10 mins to town. Access to the park next to the water is so close and the food was great. All round a great place to stay when in Stockholm
Reception messed up our taxi booking to the airport, so we were a bit stressed the morning of checkout. But we managed to book our own Uber last minute, so all worked out in the end

Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
The location was connected really well, with beautiful scenery around, right between the blue and green line being within a very comfortable walking distance, 15 mins to Gamla Stan tops (and even less by scooter).
The staff was absolutely incredible. Peter was wonderful, very friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating.
The food was top notch, breakfast buffet was 10/10.
The area had some cute restaurants and coffee shops close by.
Would absolutely stay there again!

Overall it was expected, as I had been there before. The beds, breakfast, etc. were standard.
The engagement with some of the staff, to me, someone who had visited multiple times. Valborg was unexpectedly disruptive as my room was affected by noise for hours.
