Amazing hotel with lovely staff. Rooms were big and spacious, cooled down nicely and pets are welcoming reasonable pet fee (20 euros per stay), park across the hotel for dog walking. Parking in garage, but quite expensive. Fast lifts. Very soft beds but I did not mind as I was very tired. Restaurant quite delicious food.
Restaurant staff was all over the place and we felt forgotten.

Great stay overall. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable with an excellent bed, and the breakfast was really tasty. I would happily stay here again.

Very good value for money - big room, really comfortable beds, good location close to everything but still quiet. Excellent gyn
Breakfast was good but compared to Scandic or Raddisson it lacked a bit of variety and local touch.

Location, atmosphere, service, and friendly staff
The fridge in the room was empty, it disappointed me, no water, juices or nibbles., I think it is important to have some snacks, in the room even if the guest has to pay them,

Breakfast is always good and staff are friendly.
My room had hair from a stranger in the beds, toilet and bathtub
The bathroom door was stained with finger marks
The sheets had multiple stains on them
Instead of a new room i was offered room cleaning (which didnt even come the same day, so i had to sleep in dirty sheets).
After the cleaners were in, the bathroom door was still stained

The room was spacious and clean !the area was really quiet at night and also was a huge park front of hotel
Everything generally was fine little bit away from city center but still walkable distance also the bus was stopping 100m away
