Simply first-class hospitality. The staff is excellent, the room cozy & clean, and the breakfast nice with good variety. In its price-class it's definitely one of the best experiences I've had.
The only thing I can think of is that some of the rooms (like the one I stayed in) are directly above a gym. They have very energetic exercise classes with major bass-thumping music and a fitness instructor who kept yelling "yeah, one more - oh yeah - let's go!" They stop before it gets late, but if you're sensitive to that kind of thing you might want to ask for a room that's not above the gym.

The communication with the hotel was excellent — every question I had was answered within a couple of hours. The front desk is open 24/7, which was very reassuring.
Special thanks to Lotta, the wonderful lady at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind — truly a keeper.
The entire staff was respectful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, so everyone can easily find something they enjoy.
The room was quiet, clean, and warm, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located right next to the train station, yet it’s surprisingly quiet—we stayed on that side and didn’t hear a thing, and the frequent trains make getting to the city center and everywhere else exceptionally convenient.
We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Disappointing
The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are extremely small — more like a matchbox.
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near a train station that connects directly to the airport for just 43 SEK. Also, the breakfast was excellent and of very good quality.
One major downside is that you're not allowed to bring food from outside, and they expect you to buy food from the hotel, which is quite overpriced. When I expressed that this policy was an invasion of my privacy, the receptionist simply told me she was just an employee and this was the hotel’s rule.
Overall, the hotel did not feel comfortable, and I only stayed for two nights because it was the cheapest option compared to the generally high prices of other hotels in Stockholm.

The location to public transportation was great! A short walk make it easy to get to and from the station. Staff was friendly and had a great breakfast
The room we had booked was smaller (which was done on purpose) however, there was no temperature control which made it very hot. Had asked staff if they had a fan to make it more comfortable to which they did not.

The location is far from ideal. I booked this place because of the price but I quickly realized that I would be paying the difference in transportation to and from the city centre and all the main attractions. The beds were okay at best

Wonderful
This is an amazing place we stayed already for the third time. The price-value ratio for this hotel in insanely good. Breakfast is great, tasty and can totally be recommended. Location is also great: you might look at the map and think that's a little bit too far away from the city center, but thanks to the public transport you can get into Gamla Stan within 30 minutes and we certainly didn't feel any limited in this aspect.
Beds: it was a little bit too easy for the beds to separate, so a couple times during the night we found ourselves falling into the gap.
Bathroom door was broken (it was very hard to open it from the inside), which was reported to the hotel staff.
Rooms without windows: my advice here is to book a room with a window, even if it costs a little bit more. Unlike two last times, we booked a room with a window and the difference is night and day. You can always open a window and don't have to rely on almost non-existent ventilation, which makes you sleep much better.

It's great value for money, really convenient location - just 5 minutes walking from train station where only 9 minutes by train and you are in the Stockholm city center.
Good breakfast, pleasant staff, good sound isolation from the street - trains and traffic didn't bother us.

Room was clean and good isolated. Breakfast was good enough and fresh everyday. Staff were so friendly and reachable. location was great, beside the station where you can take the metro to the city center and get there in few minutes.
Room was a bit smaller than expected. No small towels, only bath towels which I found it a bit strange to use a big towel for face or the whole day

It’s very central, but it’s also very quiet and calm. The rooms are so nice! The Wi-Fi is really good. (sometimes). It’s really close to a train station and I think that’s what I loved the most about it.
It’s kinda hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. But aside from that, I don’t think there’s anything to not like about it.
