The customer service was excellent! While we were there, we were mainly served by Jakob and Ebba, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is delicious and offers many options. The sauna helped make our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. The location is surrounded by great places to eat, and is close to the centre.

The location is a bit far away from city center, but nothing a metro or bus can't solve.

Elevators was not working on the block/floor that we stay! They don’t have a room service for long stay even you ask for it and work like a hostel! No kettle, coffee or tea on the rooms, no mini- fridge. They make u pay like a 3-Star Hotel but serve like a hostel! The bed was horrible and not comfortable always sliding!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was also good with decent public transportation connections.
The room was a little too tight for two people and the sound insulation was terrible. Could hear noise very clearly from other rooms.

The location is great. In a cool old building, not far from the metro and bus. Lots of grocery stores in the area. Quiet rooms. Extensive breakfast buffet. Shuffle board in the lobby is fun. Nice neighborhood, and a bit quieter than the old center of the city.
The whole place is looking a bit worse for the wear. It's a bit shabby and could do with some sprucing and paint. This makes the price feel a bit steep.

Disappointing
staff behavior and the smell when you enter the hotel.
1. We were told they will provide the parking for duration we will stay except holiday but when we arrived the parking were only for one day available.
2. breakfast was not good, bread was not fresh, juice machine wasn't working one day, and only a few options for fruit was available.
3. There were no air conditioning in the room when it was warm inside.
4. Hand washing liquid was almost empty and never was refilled since they suggest no daily cleaning.
5. only shampoo liquid was available and no lotion for skin and no conditioner.

My stay was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel!
