Friendly staff and good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The location was good. The lobby was great, good for chilling and hanging out. The bathroom was good, bed was comfortable (albeit small) The staff were nice We had a fan in the room which helped fight the unusual heat this summer It was quiet Breakfast was pretty good WiFi worked just fine
The room was too small. I'm guessing the price was still rather high cos it's Sweden so I can't blame them there but we had no space to put our stuff, the bed just barely fit 2 slim people. The tv didn't work. We knew we didn't have a window but the light in the room was awful Receptionists weren't always as helpful as they could have been, simple things really like asking to change our towels and asking for coffee We needed new towels and they told us twice someone will replace them for us and they never did.

The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Abbe and Angela - who was always in a great mood and made us smile every day! When we had an issue with our room Abbe moved us to a room that was perfect for us. Breakfast is tasty and with a big selection. The location is conveniently close to the T

The customer service was excellent! While we were there, we were mainly served by Jakob and Ebba, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is delicious and offers many options. The sauna helped make our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. The location is surrounded by great places to eat, and is close to the centre.

The location is a bit far away from city center, but nothing a metro or bus can't solve.
