Fabulous breakfast. Staff were kind, helpful, and approachable. The hotel ambiance and decor is charming while also simple and not overdone.
No complaints really - the price seemed high but was comparable or better than other alternatives - just high costs of travel here.

Breakfast and staff were great.
The day we were checking out, the taxi could not drive on the street to the hotel. Two of the staff members helped us get our luggage to the taxi waiting a block away.
Taxi could not drive up to the hotel after 11:00 AM in the morning and was not stated anywhere when we made the reservation. Would have been nice to know this to plan accordingly.

This unique heritage hotel is tiny but is a dandy facility that possesses all travellers need.
We love this dandy hotel especially its location within the renowned Gamla Stan.

The breakfast choices were perfect for us.
The location was wonderful.
We loved the decor of the hotel - it was so beautiful and interesting. It felt cozy.
We would definitely stay here again if we get to return.
No matter the time of day or night, the staff were all warm and helpful.
I would book earlier next time and get a larger room, but that was my error. We still really liked our room, and it had a nice bathroom with it.
