Was very original. A great centralized location to old town.
Had to walk a short distance for taxi. Cars not allowed to come to the property.

Very Good
Afternoon tea. And how responsive the front desk staff was. They improvised and found a solution to the fact that there were no outlets next to the bed to plug in my breathing machine.
No electrical outlets near the bed.

The location was great - we didn't even realize how good it was at first. The breakfast was nice and everybody that worked at the hotel was helpful - very happy with our choice. The heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus as well!
Maybe just include the sauna with the hotel?

Wonderful
Really lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was a smaller selection than other hotels, but was really delicious and turned out to be exactly enough! The rooms felt large and interiors felt personalised and a lot of details and effort went into the styling. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Such a great location, right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was a 30 second walk to the palace so we were able to pop out and see the changing of the guards at a moments notice which was really cool.
The only thing I can think of is cost - but I feel like everything in Scandinavia is quite expensive, so compared to the rest in the area it was adequately priced.

The front desk lady, Zara, was amazing! When we checked in, she spent a considerable amount of time recommending restaurants and places to visit in the Gamla Stan (old town) area of Stockholm. Gamla Stan is a great area to stay in; very historic and scenic.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent and the staff really friendly.
It was obvious that the owners of the property spent a great deal of time and effort decorating the hotel with interesting and well placed antiques throughout the property.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Great location in Gamla Stan. Charming, historic hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful when we had questions. Hotel was quiet and cozy.
Bathroom was quite small but it was clean and the shower was fine. That is to be expected in such an old building.

We arrived a bit early and we hoped to drop off our bags but the room was ready so they checked us in. ? The decor was beautiful!

Good
The room was adequate and the location was perfect. Breakfast was good. The women on the front desk were friendly and helpful.
The big problem was that the elevator was broken. It was about 80 steps to my room. I was told it would be fixed the next day and it was still out of order when I left. I understand breakdowns but no effort was made to help the situation; help carrying bags, and a coffee/yeast station on one of the upper floors would have been appreciated. I saw quite a few older people struggling on the stairs. There was also a front desk clerk who I thought was rude and not helpful. He was mostly there in the afternoon.

It’s beautiful and interesting. The breakfast was excellent.
The room was very small and the bathroom was something akin to an airplane bathroom. For the very high price one would expect more.

Very nice breakfast with ample choices and attentive staff.
Our room was quite small. Questionably worth the steep price. But, the location was ideal for our needs.

The location was right on the edge of the old city, half block from the palace. Easy to walk to everything in the old city and the ferry dock. The street was quiet too. The hotel has a vast collection of antiques and cultural items which were so fun to look at. The room we had was fun. Attractive in an old way and the beds were magnificently comfortable. It was on old and probably grand house. The stairway reflects this. I prefer older buildings so this was perfect for me.
I didn’t have a view except into the courtyard enclosed by four walls but I hadn’t asked for a view. I don’t think I would have changed because I liked my room.
