Great location to subway station, food and exercise facilities.
Opaque bathroom door didn’t lock!!! No one wants the other person to be able to hear them use the toilet. Because it didn’t lock, it sometimes just rolled open while you were sitting on the toilet.

So we booked 3 rooms for 5 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights. And one of the rooms should have been triple bed room. But when we have arrived to hotel they gave us a tiny room with two beds and brought in a folding bed which was in very bad condition. We asked receptionist (Yamik) to give us better room but he refused in very bad manner. So we tried to change our room through booking.com but unfortunately it ended up with no positive outcome. And the washroom also was missing toiletries.

The rooms were very comfortable. Check in was easy and pleasant. The luggage room was easy to access.
Breakfast was a disaster. There was several swim teams staying there and they cleared out the breakfast foods. Literally, everything had run out. If you knew they were coming, you should have been better prepared. We choose to stay in Stockholm for a weekend every year specifically because of the good Swedish breakfast.

We absolutelty loved the location of the hotel. It gives you that local area feeling yet, very close to all the sightseeing places. The metro is just a few minutes away, there is a huge grocery store as well in 1 minute. The park near the hotel has this local atmosphere. The stuff was amazing and oh my the breakfast. Worth every penny.
The only downside for me is the size of the room. We hade a superior twin room. It was okay, but not so big. The other thing is that you cannot open the window which is odd for me, but I do understand the security reasons, as the hotel is above a freeway, so it is a must. I might be asking for a room looking to the inner yard.

I loved the hotel restaurant! The dinner there was amazing and I was happy to have gluten-free options . The staff was very nice and always happy to answer any questions. The room was really nice too and well-equipped. I really appreciated all of the gluten free options for breakfast. They even made gluten free crepes! Which I really enjoyed.
I didn’t like that the air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. I asked the hotel staff about this and they said they would send someone but it didn’t seem to be resolved, so the room was a bit warmer than I would have preferred. Also, the breakfast was excellent and really appreciated the gluten free options but I think they should maybe have someone who speaks more English preparing the omelettes. I am 5 months pregnant, so avoiding things undercooked and I noticed when the lady was preparing my omelette just flipped it once and it was still quite runny and when I asked her to cook it more she shook her head “ no” , but I couldn’t tell if she was saying no or just didn’t understand. The next day she seemed to leave it a bit longer but didn’t completely flip it over so one part was still uncooked.

Practical location neighbouring a metro station. The hotel room is fitted with the needed amenities. Good breakfast experience. The staff is generally friendly.

The location was great (literally above the metro station). The staff were really nice and helpful. And in general it was a nice hotel.
The cleaning of the room was very partial (they didn’t change the towels or the drinking glasses).

Location was good and decent
I made this booking based on they had supposed to spa but unfortunately, the spa was close and they didn’t bother to mention it before we make it reservation. Basically it was under construction or whatever it was it was close. I could pick different hotel with the spa. Also every day I have to call as for removing the trash after cleaning up the room. hallway carpet was really old and smelly.

The property is well located staff is very friendly I can’t remember the name of the guest service agent but she speaks Spanish and she was extremely helpful Breakfast has a huge selection
I found a bag with belongings of the previous guest in my room, meaning housekeeping didn’t clean properly

its centrally located just minutes from all the sights in stockholm. 1 minute from a tube station too. can't beat the location.
room was small (but expected). their AC wasn't working and it was a warm day, so they had to give us a fan to cool the room up (windows don't open). Minor issue, though.
